My dad came here to order a chicken strips combo and he was very specific when it came to the order. He specifically ordered the strips with zucchinis instead of fries with the side of ranch & thousands. Everything was correct instead of the zucchini! My dad specified two times with the drive thru associate who is most likely named Jose and asked him at the window if everything was correct and he said, “yes”. To my own disappointment, we received fries instead. We don’t live close to the location and my dad is a truck driver who works occasionally at night and he decided to bring me food before going to work. We called and the apparent manager named Joseph asked what was the issue since the zucchini wasn’t charged. The issue is the lack of customer service and error of putting the correct item. Apparently the zucchini is 2 dollars extra so why wasn’t this brought up by the drive thru associate when it was said two times that we wanted zucchinis instead of fries? It was told more than once at the drive thru speaker. The manager lacked customer service saying we need to drive back and pay the difference to receive what we wanted? Why do we need to go back, waste gas, and time for a mistake that they made. Never coming back and I don’t recommend. Lack of listening and communication is horrible over here

Absolutely fire. Gooey, messy, and worth every bite. And don’t sleep on the ranch with fries — it’s sinfully good and lowkey addicting.
The vibe is always chill, the staff is consistently friendly and attentive, and the food hits the spot every single time. Whether it’s a late-night craving or just that need for a real-deal burger, Tams delivers.
Not quite a five-star white tablecloth experience — and that’s the point. Tams is real, it’s local, and it’s part of the L.A. burger soul. 4.5 stars and a whole lotta love.

I went to try the viral chilli cheese pastrami fries. Even though the presentation didn't exactly look like the tic Tok video. The fries were delicious. I loved the sweetness of the pastrami! It complimented the chili. It was very delicious. I recommend this place.

Cashier was extremely rude, had an attitude with no reason. She got the order wrong and was yelling at me for not knowing what comes in the plate. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't work there. There is was no one in the drive thru to be under pressure
