The food was ok, The lady at the cashier had an attitude totally unprofessional, I heard the same from one of my friends he noticed that too, Not welcoming at all!
Ordered double char. Asked for pickles none were found. Plus it was a very SMALL burger! Then Ordered a chicken caesar salad and swapped the chicken for Ahi Tuna, which had welted lettuce(go fig all other salads were un available) plus small tuna for paying an extra price of $15 and change!!!!! Not going back there in the future!

Santa Barbara Char America Double was good. Double Char was not same as advertised website picture. Double Char had no pickles and very little caramelized onion not spread on bun. Pictures shows very different quality Double Char. See attached photos.
