The Poke Co & Wings - Norwalk

This place is an absolute disaster. The service was rude, the environment felt dirty, and the staff acted like they couldn’t care less about customers. I ordered the beef with rice, and my wife and kids ordered the chicken. A few hours after eating, all of us got severely sick — so bad that we had to take our two little kids to the hospital for stomach problems.

The worst part? When I came back the next day to speak with them about what happened, the restaurant was suddenly shut down, even though today is Wednesday, November 24th at 3 PM and the sign clearly says they are open. Lights off, doors locked. Very suspicious.

I’m only sharing our experience, but for us it was terrifying and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families with kids.

I really love the poke over here, there are plenty of options to choose from and the sauces are great. My girlfriend introduced me to poke and now I don't know how to act. I love it and now I got my nephew hooked on it. I'll definitely be coming back.

I usually eat at the one on in Cerritos because they have reasonable portioning. I figured since it's the same company this location would be the same. I was mistaken. The girl who served my poke bowl was not super friendly but was professional.
The scooping size was smaller at this location.
The food itself had great flavor but it was unfulfilling.

2/5 stars. Ordered on uber eats and not very satisfied with the results.

Small serving portions, ran out of the sides (didn’t even add a different side to fulfill, however thank you for writing it down on the receipt), the entree was very dry and not seasoned.

Thai tea was alright, best of the order. Will not order from this place ever again. Wanted to try something different. I didn’t end up finishing my food in one sitting and had to give the rest to my brother, even he said it was not worth it. ?

Lol ordered 2 for 1 on Uber eats now know why they give away product. No sauce, no garnish, pathetic amount of protein for expense. You guys are pathetic crooks how your restaurant is still open is beyond me...less than 2 more years before you're out of business id put money on it. Pathetic.

Many options for toppings and proteins. The food always tastes fresh and delicious. Can never go wrong and the customer service is also good and they hook you up with whatever toppings you want. Always a good option when I can't think of what to eat. Park in the back because navigation always tells you to drive to the front but there's only handicap parking there.

First time going & trying it. The employee that attended us was very quiet, when we asked questions she just smiled and didn't respond to us.

I didn't go into the place but I ordered food through uber eats. The food that I got looked like left overs. But that's not the reason for the bad review. It's because when I called in and they pretty much said it's not their problem.
