Went to the Norwalk location..The order taker must have to been new.he kept getting it wrong..I had a bacon biggy bag n my hubs has a double cheeseburger combo.we were the only people in the lobby and no napkins in the 2 holders, no catchup containers to fill for us to use..lobby could have used a cleaning and trash on top of the trash cans..we were about 6 just before dark we ate in and they forgot part of my order. ..there were 4 employees working drive thru was steady..probably won't go back to that location or any..

Clean and tidy. This store is run by a good manager, only drawback is sometimes the newly hired people get stuff wrong or give you a rude stare if you have any requests.

This spot is absolutely trash honestly super disorganized and raw burgers if you like raw burgers this place is your go to. They even give you empty sauces with your order literally trash for you to go thanks Wendy's never going to this spot again no wonder it has 2.5 stars
