The food was overpriced. The cashier was knowledgeable. The restaurant was like a ghost town. The ramen was flavorful but not $30 worth in taste.

Food was ok but the prices are incredibly high for what you get. Many other nearby options with comparable, if not better quality, for less. Staff was nice.

The new ownership cut corner every possible way. I used to order the teriyaki chicken bento and it would be full of chicken, the new management put letters underneath the teriyaki chicken so you're only getting half the amount of chicken. And they're trying to sell it for $27.99?

I been coming here for over 10 years. However, I may never return. $76 for two people with only 1 appetizer, 2 rolls and 2 canned sodas lol

Used to come here just for take out until they changed ownership (what I was told)
The prices changed DRASTICALLY! $30 for ramen and $20 for sushi that ain’t even good legit fish.
Yeah Not worth it.
I rather pay that amount at a nice high scale restaurant than that shitty place.

Prices at this location are outrageous!! I order chicken bowl with NO rice both salads and it came out to be $16. the Cerritos location is cheaper. Which make no sense because it’s the same franchise!

I've been coming to Yasai Sushi for over two years and always enjoyed the food, but charging $19.99 for a rainbow roll is just outrageous. That’s nearly double what other places charge for the same thing—usually around $10 to $12. And the ramen? $30.86 for one bowl? Sorry, but that’s just not justifiable. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit. Prices like this make it hard to come back.

We just came today and they just changed their prices. I understand that there is inflation but their prices are ridiculous. 20 dollars for a roll!!!! We just stayed and ate here because we were hungry but we saw how other clients just entered saw the prices and decided to leave. For us, this is the last time that we eat here. Before today the service wasn't good the cashier wasn't polite at all.

Don’t make an oder to takeout I check online is $15 dollars for ramen I did my order and when I pay it was $27.54 and I told the lady that was there she said that is cheaper if you order from DoorDash and yes I order from DoorDash weeks ago and total was $20 .
I show them the menu and they tell me that they charge the prices .
I check online again and wasn’t charge if it was $15 for the ramen . I don’t wig they lie and take my money . There was no manager to talk to . I hope they can see and fix this problem.

I come here pretty often for a classic beef bowl and their other plates. Their pricing the last couple of months has made no sense whatsoever. I went from paying 11-14 dollars for a beef bowl and sometimes a drink to paying almost 20 bucks for just the bowl, which only comes with rice beef and salad. I’ve never had a problem with cashiers but I’ve had reoccurring problems with the same girl who does not know how to use the register. Had an instance where I asked to pay cash and the rest on card and she was confused, and other instances showing she was not comfortable in customer service or cashiering. I am by no means a stingy or rude customer and it pains me a lot to say something when something is wrong, but this isn’t okay. Place was good and reasonably priced BEFORE but too many changes to the menu/pricing without making some type of announcement or disclaimer is disappointing to me. I’ll probably stop coming here, it’s just not for me in terms of pricing and quality/quantity.

I ordered the white ramen and edamame & spent $29. It was not worth it. Both dishes lacked flavor, and too expensive for what it is. I would give it 1 star but 2 stars for large portions.

My wife asked me to bring her Ramen for lunch at work, and I knew just the place to go, Yasai Japanese Grill. As soon as you walk in, it smelled delicious, and the restaurant is spacious and well organized. They have specials and their menu displayed on the walls, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Today, I ordered our favorite dish, the Red Ramen, which is packed with flavor. The meal was ready in about 15 minutes after I placed the order. If you’re a fan of Ramen, I highly recommend checking this place out!
