Positives: Service was great! Ambiance was fine. Food: Have you ever gotten home and thought... I should have sent it back! The Irish stew was lacking in every way. Tough lamb, few potatoes, lots of onions, tough carrots, and thin tasteless gravy.

Good location, good parking, good brews but the food is subpar and expensive for Marin. Their corn beef and cabbage is their signature dish and they do that very well. But yesterday I tried their meatloaf. Two thin slices of meatloaf heated up on the flattop. It was mostly filling and grease. For their prices they should improve their recipe and make a better meatloaf. I'll try a different dish next time. With soft drinks our lunch bill for two came to nearly $100!

Food: 5 stars Service: 5 stars Cleanliness and spaciousness: 5 stars We were on an errand run that took us 300 miles north of home. We coordinated with a West Marin relative to meet for lunch, and Moylan's was her pick: easy freeway access, plentiful parking, lots of varied menu options. Unfortunately, as we had a long drive home ahead of us, we weren't able to fully partake of the plentiful and diverse beer menu, but our server gave me a sample of Dragoon's Dry Irish Stout (so delicious) as well as San Quentin's Breakout Stout (smoother, more chocolaty, but a second-choice for me). Our server was attentive (didn't keep bugging us about ordering since we clearly were talking, then talking with each other ABOUT what we MIGHT order) and settled in as he saw we were ready to order. Friendly service, accurate, attentive. The food came out much more quickly than I had anticipated, and was all hot and tasty. Blue cheese burgers (one with TRULY garlicky garlic fries, the other with proper beer-battered onion rings - none of that crumbly stuff), and one lamb stew with a side of bread and butter. All three of us came away satiated, happy with our food, and having shared bites of each others because it all looked so tempting! Looking forward to returning for a brewer focused meal on a day with a more open schedule and no driving required.

We ordered the salmon tacos, the regular burger and the chicken quesadilla and was really good, big portions and great flavor. The turkey sandwich wasn't as good as the rest of the food I don't recommend that one at all. They have happy hour from 3-6pm M-F on beer, wine and small bites The server was pretty much by her own in a big section but it wasn't an impediment for the service to be fast and kind Great beer selection and presentation. I would definitely be back here.

this spot was terrible, all my family baited their food and did not get what they asked for. The service was terrible and all the people got their food and we came in first. We were there for about 2 hours with only 4 people in our family. our waitress was also very rasest and went to all the white people first and not us!!!! so don't go !!!!! it took for ever

Horrible food and drink , place is slow and staff are about as lazy and non personal as it gets I'd never recommend this place to anyone I'll never return.

I had Thai Chicken Wrap at $20 with a choice of sides. It was some chicken simply soaked on Thai sauce. It was just a soggy mess. There was some avocado in there, but it was masked the soggy sauce. The other diner had the classic burger was "ok". The server asked us how everything was just after we got or food. I said I didn't like my rose. The was no attempt to offer an alternative. The other diner wanted dessert. We were given the check before we could ask. Thank goodness, I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Best corned beef and cabbage in Marin. Generous portions. Great waitstaff and many brewski choices on tap. No need to wait for St. Patrick's Day...

This one is long overdue. I’ve been going to this restaurant for a few years; whenever I am in the area. I like their selection of beer. There are a few standards like the Kiltlifter along with a handful of seasonal offerings. I usually go around lunch time or a little later and I usually sit at the bar. There are several television sets so if you are a sports nut, there is likely something on for you to watch. I order the Ruben sandwich and it’s massive enough to have a second meal off of. I have come to know several of the staff members and so it’s always a little more relaxed and laid back. Moylans is a solid restaurant and brewery and has enough to offer a variety of folks. No, not “true” vegan but there are a few vegetarian options on the menu.

I have eaten here a lot and I have always had great service, great food and great beer (Kilt Lifter). It occurred to me today that I never reviewed them despite always enjoying my trip. Thanks Moylans, see you all again soon.

We had a great stop for a quick burger and fries (great sweet potato fries) before a movie. And Sarah's service was terrific!

This is the place to get beer that is brewed on site in the Marin County in North Bay area. They have been in business for a long time and they really do it. Well I highly recommend you come in here and sample some other many beers and have a bite to eat from there a full pub style menu, it's also good place to come and catch a baseball or basketball game on one of their many TVs while you drink a pint or two
