Will not answer phone. A family emergency came up so we had to change the pickup day of our preordered bday cake and they would not answer the phone any time we tried to call. 7+ times spread out over a period of time with zero answers. Not even a voicemail, it just directs you to enter a “remote access code” whatever that means. A few years back calls would be answered on the second ring. 7 calls and not even a voicemail is astounding.

I ordered a couple pints online and unfortunately they didn’t have them in stock when I went there. The two young men helping me were very kind and professional. They offered me alternatives but I honestly only wanted what I ordered. It was difficult to get a refund but that’s not their fault it’s just the way baskin Robbin’s is set up. Staff is always super friendly. Wish there was some way to know when they don’t have a flavor since the website doesn’t match their inventory.

I needed a special ice cream cake, Carvel Style. The owner has not done it before but said "no problem". She was so enthusiastic about the decorations, she made it so fun and the cake cake turned out wonderful.

I had a bad experience going to this particular store last Sunday, 01/28/2024 around 11 am in Novato, the young lady wearing reading glasses behind the counter was very rude telling me “ next time don’t touch the cones” which I did not, just pointed them. I gave up and returned to my car, poor location having that lady behind the counter,
Super rude, I hope they have nice people working there as well.

Last Sunday, 01/28/2024, around 11 am, I took my grandson and family for ice cream after his soccer game. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with customer service from a young lady wearing reading glasses. She was extremely rude, telling me not to touch the cones on the display, even though I only pointed at them. Frustrated, I gave up and returned to my car. Terrible customer service at this location in Novato next to Lucky Market. Despite my love for Baskin Robbins, I won't be coming back to this particular store.

As with any business where young people work, they talk to their more than serving.
After a long hike in the country, we stopped here for an ice cream treat. Even though it was a little cold out, the ice cream was welcome and good.
I had the urge for a hot fudge sundae. I had a yummy Jamoca Almond Fudge and Butter Pecan sundae that hit the spot.
