I had a bad experience going to this particular store last Sunday, 01/28/2024 around 11 am in Novato, the young lady wearing reading glasses behind the counter was very rude telling me “ next time don’t touch the cones” which I did not, just pointed them. I gave up and returned to my car, poor location having that lady behind the counter,
Super rude, I hope they have nice people working there as well.

Last Sunday, 01/28/2024, around 11 am, I took my grandson and family for ice cream after his soccer game. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with customer service from a young lady wearing reading glasses. She was extremely rude, telling me not to touch the cones on the display, even though I only pointed at them. Frustrated, I gave up and returned to my car. Terrible customer service at this location in Novato next to Lucky Market. Despite my love for Baskin Robbins, I won't be coming back to this particular store.

Bad service! The guy the that was attending us, was touching his face and his mouth with no gloves, then proceeded to touch my banana split with his hands and when my husband went to go, ask him if he could please put on some gloves he got very upset then we went to go ask if he had any peanuts, and he started yelling at us then we said we didn't want it anymore and we're going to leave and he started laughing in our face and as we were leaving, he came outside to throw away the ice cream and waved at us and was laughing in a rude..

Fantastic service--friendly, fast, and very nice. Great ice cream, but it is Baskin Robbins. And the store was clean, organized, inviting, efficient. I appreciate that the staff was so polite and friendly without rushing me. They gave me a tiny bit of vanilla for my dog, then checked to see if she'd like (and was allowed) seconds. Love coming here.

After a long hike in the country, we stopped here for an ice cream treat. Even though it was a little cold out, the ice cream was welcome and good.

What's not to like. Root beer floats. Chocolate shakes. B&R always has tasty ice cream, rather creative, if not entertaining cakes (a turkey this year) and of course the revolving high schooler employees that always add interest to your visit being the drama they add or their sometimes deviation of the serving size rules. It's B&R. Nuff said. Also, plenty of parking.
We order all of our birthday cakes from this Baskin Robbins. Today we ordered another birthday cake and Sherry did an excellent job of downloading a photo we wanted onto the cake! She is very talented and professional. Brin is wonderful and friendly too. The cakes are always very fresh.

Most times I go in their, and I order a banana split, that usually is picture perfect, always walk out a happy customer..get my money's worth.Then today I walked out like where's the whip cream where's the chocolate syrup ect.. different didn't get my money worth this time
