I happened upon Bliss after their ownership change on the way to my parents and it was fantastic. Super friendly staff who walked me and my kids through different flavors, gave us samples, and told us all about their ice cream drinks which we are going to try on our next visit! Definitely stop by when passing through Novato, it’s a great local spot!

We really enjoyed the salted caramel with the added cones. It was an easy A for taste and the nice touch of 4 added cones. I also loved the chocolate orange with rich tasting dark chocolate chips. This was very satisfying ice cream while watching the World Series.

I am a big fan of soft serve and I wanted to try this place after reading all the great reviews. Turns out not only has the management/ownership recently changed, but also flavors have changed, no more ube, taro, etc and the matcha did not taste great. I got the $7 soft serve but had to throw it away due to it's bad taste. Definitely do not recommend - it's not the type of high quality Strauss soft serve you find in other places. Staff ok, but do not waste your money.

I had a scoop of chocolate and scoop of oats a grady. Both were tasty! Gotta come back and try more desserts.
