I ordered 1 Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, I was charged for Tips which I did not sign up for.When questioned they said it will be refunded. When I got the pasta there was no chicken I went back and questioned the order they said it will take a few minutes to add the chicken, when I finally got the pasta see photos only two pieces of chicken pasta was tasteless. I am still waiting for my refund from the tips charge, which I was told will take a few hours. My first time and it will be my last.

Usually good but found crickets (katydids) in our salads last night. Please wash your lettuce! Sometimes the pizzas are cooked perfectly, but sometimes can be burnt or cold.

I was out in West Marin looking for things best forgotten, and thanking the powers above that I didn't find them, and then found myself back on Ignacio Blvd heading straight to Boca Pizzeria! What luck I thought, or was it devine intervention that once again brought this wayward soul to Boca Pizzeria! The last time I was here I had an amazing pizza but today it's going to be pasta, and not just any pasta...Fettuccine Bolognese piled high with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano and a little sprinkle of garden fresh parsley. All I can say to describe my meal is WOW...It was Amazing! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ and well worth a detour!

Pappardelle was delicious with tender, abundant pieces of braised short rib in a creamy sauce enveloping handmade noodles. Gelato left something to be desired, of the three flavors we would recommend chocolate chocolate chip.
Overall, had a lovely time and the service was impressively fast! The waiter called my boyfriend “my friend” and he really liked that.

Had a bad experience during a recent celebratory occasion visit. Sent an email about it to the general email address; got no response. Sent a personalized email to the night manager, got no response. Produced, printed and hand delivered to the restaurant a letter addressed to the owner; got no response. Produced, printed, and hand delivered all these notes with receipt and presented to Jorge, the day manager, who told me he would follow up; no response. They just don't care about the customers, even someone like me who had been a return customer. Will never go back.

Visited with a group of 5 (including a toddler) and was very disappointed. A 20% gratuity was added to our bill even though we did not meet their stated ‘6 or more’ requirement, and this was not clearly disclosed in advance. The server also repeatedly pushed us to order more food and beer, which made the whole meal feel uncomfortable and salesy rather than welcoming. When we asked about the charge at the front, the explanation didn’t match what we were told about their policy. Overall the vibe was rude and unaccommodating, and we left feeling taken advantage of. I won’t be returning and would recommend checking your bill carefully if you decide to go.

Uneven service, my wife is vegan and we were told by the host that she could bring her own entree and after getting our service started the staff then informs us that they just CAN NOT let her bring her own food. If they had robust vegan offerings, I’d understand saying no but they don’t which is fine but if you’re taking that approach you may want to be more flexible. Moving on…
