Most awful experience I had twice in a day, new cashier at drive thru window didnt know what she was doing, doesnt understand english or spanish, charges orders wrong and dont take care of costumers properly.

I was late to pick up my order. The guy at the Informed me that my fries have gotten stale. Instead of letting me walk away with my order. He remade fresh fries, right then and there. No questions asked. It was getting late and the fact he insisted shows me the integrity of this service. He needs a raise ASAP!

Went downhill in the last two years. Bathrooms were not gor the public, food tasted awful and was very cold. Is it a different management?
I gave a $20 bill and got change for a $10 instead, the young girl denied it, but I know I have her $20

Why you still having rude people working? The Hispanic Female is most the time at nights is really rude, I was ordering my food at drive thru and she stoped talking to us like for 3-5 minutes and we did start to said Hello? Can you hear me? And she started to YELLING US like if we can’t wait. I mean if you need time just tell us and we can understand, just don’t leave me talking alone. Also isn’t the first time, if she doesn’t like her job just don WORK, sometimes we have a bad day too and we only want to eat.

I went through the drive. Ordered the 5.00 meal which was 6.00 1 Whopper Jr. I thought there was to be two as advertised chicken nuggets that were cold and a drink and fries the fries were too salty I couldn't eat them!!! There's got to better training!!! Good
