Got here right when they opened & the two workers behind the counter were very sweet & also really helpful! The receipt had no validation code for my survey & both the man & woman went out their way to help me try to find the code unfortunately we couldn’t find it but that’s okay! Service was great, very friendly & they put my sandwich together quick! Thank you guys!

I came in to Firehouse on a wednesday thinking i was just walking into another sandwich shop. I was PLEASANTLY proved wrong.i ordered the cheddar beef biscuit, which was prepared by a kind, welcoming, and friendly gentleman named Fransisco.Not only was the sandwich one of the best that i’ve had in a very long time, my conversation with Fransisco made me feel right at home.Firehouse subs will now be a staple in my diet, and i know i can count on walking out of there with a fully belly, and a happy heart.

I ordered a meatball sub and was looking for a change up. My sub prep expert suggested we add some bacon, different layer's of cheeses and sauses. Off thr hook! Best meat ball sub of all time. Dont usually write reviews but with the creation of my new go to. Firehouse hats off! Francisco your a master!.
Good sandwich but service is sometimes very very slow. Just had to wait almost 45 minutes to get my sandwich. The guy taking orders just stood and watched and criticized as the one maker actually seeming to work struggled to keep up.

Just had an absolutely delicious lunch from the Novato Firehouse. The Firehouse app (which is admittedly very buggy) had promised a deal that wasn't current, but they still happily obliged. I'm not sure they always have it, but if they do, order the King's Hawaiian Pork & Slaw. Bonus: they have the coolest soda machine I've ever seen, with tons of options that you can customize with vanilla etc.

Ordered delivery. Tried the pulled pork on Hawaiian roll, it was so incredibly soggy and falling apart, practically inedible and hardly any pork — mostly just a mushy wet mess of a roll. Requested pickle on the side but they didn’t include one. Unpleasant. Can’t get a live human on the phone or even leave a message. How to lose a customer 101.
