This location is almost always crazy busy. I guess that must be a sign of the quality of the food. Overall, my experiences here have been positive. Folks work hard to get you through as quickly as possible. Just pack your patience due to the long drive-through lines.
Tried the one at Vintage Oaks, Novato. Went through the drive-thru. When I got to the window, she had no idea what my order was. It was actually pretty comical. She kept listing custom orders, etc. "Well, you definitely got a grilled cheese, right? No. (For like the 10th time.) Well, what DID you order? Just Animal fries, and an Animal." I swear, I wanted to laugh my behind off!?

This was by far the tastiest in n out I’ve ever had, the service was excellent, extremely fast even though it was very busy, and very clean.
I never review in n outs, because well it’s in n out, but this was just a different level. Kudos
