Can I say Rude Rude Rude. I can't believe how rude the guy named William is that he works there. After walking in, he made eye contact with me and then went back to his computer, I was litterly just standing there.he completely ignored me. Well, that is until a Hispanic walked in, then he turned around, got him his pizza , and then he pulled out my pizza and handed it to me. We both know that pizza had been sitting in their case for at least 25 min. Because I gave them more than 10 mins to have it ready. .......where is that NICE lady that was running this place... she was so awesome and not racist. Today was the first time I never tipped. Then, on top of it, my deep dish was so hard and unappetizing.

Get something hot, ready, and reasonably priced. I just go there for the veggie pizza. Because costco refuses to re-establish the veggie pizza.
The atmosphere is something else. Claustrophobic and it feels like a food bank. I mean I suppose it's what we deserve for not revolutionizing.

Staff are always slow to wait on you. Store could be empty, all staff in back, they see me but don't acknowledge me. I then have to say something to get them to come to the front.
