This McDonald's on Redwood in Novato is the Absolute worst ever. Staff is rude and stands around talking as you wait for them to take your order. We ordered McChicken and they put burgers in the bag...won't be going here again. The other McDonald's on Nave in Novato is much better. Very professional. Go there instead.

Service with an attitude. We ordered two cheeseburger meals. We checked our order before we left.. Clerk didn't give us an order of fries; she didn't believe us... we had to show her...clerk also upcharged us for large drinks that we didn't ask for. AND didn't apologize.

Ordered online thru the McDonald App. Fast and quick to bring out food. The fries are fresh hot. Don't McDonald like places that give you old cold fries just because you have points to cover them for free. Burgers were excellent. Ordered for 3. Wife, daughter, and myself. I know prices of McDonald have gone up, but the app made it cheaper with deals.
Parking: Close to downtown where there are bars and restaurants nearby.

The service was bad they also left the paper on the cheese on my sons burger. They don't even care to try amd exchange it all I wanted was an exchange not money back the lady at the counted told me to remove the paper and through it away and eat the burger like really. I'll never come back to this location.

Dietary restrictions: I ordered Egg and biscuit. They gave me egg sausage and biscuit. I’m totally convinced when I requested new sandwich. They just took the sausage and handed back to me.

I ordered and went to the curbside hoping it will be faster because the drive thru area has 5 cars. After waiting for 20 minutes and 10-15 cars passed already from the drivethru, I realized I am already late for work and no time to go inside. I didn't get my order, nobody's answering the phone. The curbside order is useless, just wasted money.

Staff at this location are usually pretty efficient and male very few mistakes if any. I'd say mornings are the best but beware if you place an order for breakfast on the app and pay for tour mobile.order pickup in advance before 1030a.m. but you don't arrive at the restaurant until 1031a.m. they will not make you the order you already paid for because it's "after breakfast serving hours" then you will have to wait for the refund to your card which can take days to receive. It's really quite ridiculous. But if you order at the restaurant at 1029a.m. and pick it up at 1031a.m that's OK. The app.shouldnt let you order if you can't receive what you paid for!!!
