I I live close to this location. I go there often for breakfast. My order is always the same bacon, egg and cheese. Mike griddle, hot caramel macchiato medium. Every time they give me an ice caramel macchiato the last four times. I’ve been there, even though I specify hot. I usually take it today. I asked him to please make it hot. There was no one else in the line and they made me pull over and park and wait I had to walk back up to the window to ask for my drink. It was sitting on the counter. I told the gentleman. I’m sorry, but I did ask for it. Hot. Thanks for remaking it. I do speak fluent Spanish as well. However, I was speaking to him in English, the lady working there behind him. Said what did she say in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand and then started calling me, Rachel slurs, and I really don’t appreciate it.

Order online. Get to store and stand at the counter waiting for someone to.notice me. They all work with their backs to you. Someone finally.comes out and goes to the register to take the order of another party as I stand there like an idiot. Go to get my soda and the garbage is overflowing on to the counter. Maybe a little less chit chat and focus on the customer would be appreciated. Won't come back to this one again. I hope you all enjoyed your oranges that gained more attention than customers

This McDonald's on Redwood in Novato is the Absolute worst ever. Staff is rude and stands around talking as you wait for them to take your order. We ordered McChicken and they put burgers in the bag...won't be going here again. The other McDonald's on Nave in Novato is much better. Very professional. Go there instead.

Service with an attitude. We ordered two cheeseburger meals. We checked our order before we left.. Clerk didn't give us an order of fries; she didn't believe us... we had to show her...clerk also upcharged us for large drinks that we didn't ask for. AND didn't apologize.

Ordered online thru the McDonald App. Fast and quick to bring out food. The fries are fresh hot. Don't McDonald like places that give you old cold fries just because you have points to cover them for free. Burgers were excellent. Ordered for 3. Wife, daughter, and myself. I know prices of McDonald have gone up, but the app made it cheaper with deals.
Parking: Close to downtown where there are bars and restaurants nearby.

The service was bad they also left the paper on the cheese on my sons burger. They don't even care to try amd exchange it all I wanted was an exchange not money back the lady at the counted told me to remove the paper and through it away and eat the burger like really. I'll never come back to this location.

I ordered and went to the curbside hoping it will be faster because the drive thru area has 5 cars. After waiting for 20 minutes and 10-15 cars passed already from the drivethru, I realized I am already late for work and no time to go inside. I didn't get my order, nobody's answering the phone. The curbside order is useless, just wasted money.
