Great place, close by, Pizza is Excellent, Great Service - especially at the bar... They have a very good Gluten Free crust available...The chicken wings are good though a little small, the onion rings are very tasty - note they like every thing else on the menu are baked not fried, the penne pasta is quite good.

We ordered a mountain pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple around 7pm for delivery. When it arrived we didn't take a look right away because we were busy watching a basketball game. We ended up going to eat the pizza around 5 minutes later and the pizza was covered in mushrooms instead of pineapple. We called the location and at first they only wanted to offer a 15% off coupon (which wouldn't even cover 3 toppings on a new pizza) when we wanted the pizza remade correctly and redelivered. We know the pizza was made incorrectly because we got the tag that said the correct toppings with the delivery. After some back and forth and asking to speak with the manager, at around 8pm they said they would remake it and drop it off. At 9:15 with no new pizza, we called back to make sure our order was on its way. We talked to the SAME manager and it took him some time to remember what we had talked about. Then he tried to tell us that we needed to pay a new delivery fee in order to receive the pizza. After explaining that it had been over 2 hours since this disastrous adventure started and that we wouldn't be paying another delivery fee for their mistake we got our pizza. It was ice cold. On top of that the person who delivered the replacement pizza tried to demand that we return the original WRONG pizza which we had already thrown out (we can't stand mushrooms and my pregnant friend couldn't stand the smell). If you want terrible customer service and a migraine please feel free to place orders at this location.

This place is very nice inside and really big. Theres a full bar and an arcade room and a couple different dining rooms. The restrooms are clean and look newly remodeled too. I was quite pleasantly surprised the first time I walked in.
Decent pizza and friendly bartenders always a plus. Also, has a full bar and a half dozen TVs for game day; great to know if the other area locations are at capacity. Happy Hour until 6pm everyday.

Hey Mike's! You are welcome! I saw your comment, but not mine. Not sure what happened, but your place is worth redoing the actual review... now let's see... what'd I say? Something like: what a cool place to go. Casual but cool, great staff, and when I was there last, I set up a meet to sell my motorcycle. Even though we were late-ish, the manager on duty (who was without a bartender) served us a beer and fed us in the bar, even left the game on for us. It was perfect for the moment and yeah - I closed the deal over a draft and a slice. It might be a chain restaurant, but in the best way possible, Mike's on Novato Blvd is a neighborhood joint. Thanks again, y'all. I'm a girl that knows what that's worth. Cheers. PS: (re Sharon Gs review below) I say thank God there is at least one place out there that isn't all about a milk toast, family friendly first, no fun allowed "vibe". The more uptight among us can get our quality time with the kiddies at Round Table. Jus' sayin'...Kid-friendliness: Well duh- there's a little arcade!
