This was my first time at this location. The staff focused solely on making drinks and calling out names, without greeting customers. I find this disappointing because excellent customer service is very important to me as a new customer. My smoothie was horrible as well

Wonderful atmosphere and a very clean space. I ordered a 'customized smoothie' and a 'pure orange juice' - the drinks were quite fresh, flavorful and healthy.
The gentleman named Josh made my drinks as requested and me and my family member had a great experience at this Nektar Juice location. We're planning to go back sometime soon for more of their offerings at this location.
Highly recommend this juice bar location if you're looking for something fresh, healthy and on the go!!

I went this morning to get a waffle from this place, when I payed for my food, I noticed that the waffle machine was dirty as the floor. He also used a dirty blender to serve the batter. When he handed me my waffle, it had burnt parts of other waffles.

I specifically selected NO BOOST, NO PROTEIN. I received a drink with 3 inches of unknown green stuff floating on top of my drink. I ordered apple, lemon, fresh pineapple, orange and mango. Nothing green. I have allergies and purposely chose only ingredients that are safe for me. I cannot drink whatever Nektar made. This drink was $18.00 and I was only refunded $5.14. What a ripoff.

There were no drink carriers this morning. My son tried to get all three smoothies that we ordered. One dropped and the whole thing spilled immediately in the store. There was no offer to help or replace the lost smoothie. We can find better customer service elsewhere. We won’t be back.

The Greenie rules but you have to ask them to hold the apples and use extra lemon juice instead. Then it's acceptable to vegan juicers, but hella expensive. 3 large is near $40, if you spent that at the Farmers Market for Kale, Celery, Dill, Cilantro, Lemons and make gallons with a juicer.

The new owner is basically a thieve, chargers you more and gives you half of what I use to pay for.
I know employees that have quit because of his new policies.
We need more Elvira's in this place she is fast knows how to handle a register and clearly knows the ingredients!!! The younger staff seems like they don't know what they are doing, take FOREVER to make a juice, and might need some extra training. I always order ahead because I'm always in a time crunch and the order is NEVER and I mean NEVER done on time. I come in for pick up, and they are barely grabbing the receipt to begin to make. Mind you, I order ahead at least 15 to 20 mins ahead because this Is a popular place. When I don't see Elvira there, I just walk out immediately due to the 20 minute wait that is guaranteed to happen. Management, please give Elvira the Raise she deserves!!

The experience is premium from all angles, the smoothies and bowls are delicious with a lot of modifiers and easy substitutions. You can order by app or in store, too. They have a 'points reward program' further incentivizing return visits. The employees and owners are all very helpful, approachable, and easy to talk to. I easily recommend this over Jamba Juice.
I enjoy going by this shop for my smoothie. The Kids work hard to make your drink.

I stopped last week after work to pick up a favorite, Banana Berry Bowl. It was last minute, a couple of minutes before closing. They were already cleaning up and I appreciate they still took my order. My little ones love to stop by every time we have the chance to grab a "purple ice cream".
