Came in on a Sunday afternoon to escape the cold winds of Novato and was greeted with a friendly hello and had a hot holiday-seasoned mocha. Appreciate the fast and quality service. Great place to have lunch or just coffee. Highly recommend

We love Panera and think there should be more up Rt. 5. Today’s visit gets a 2 for atmosphere because Manager Victoria berated an employee where we could hear her. The other employees were embarrassed and I felt awful for them. It seemed Victoria had a valid complaint about how something had been washed, but her manner of teaching staff needs to be private and delivered in a way that inspires them instead of shaming.

I wish they had another one of these in southern Marin. The food is really good good balance meals. The prices are right you can drop in for a bowl of soup or go nuts with handmade sandwiches. There’s lots of desserts very easy to access very quick service.

Cup of soup was excellent. The chicken salad sando had NO flavor, a small apple...not good.. and a small bag of chips given..cheap add- ons. I also got a small drink..29+ bucks! Outrageous price for quality and quantity. ALL tables were filthy. I washed my own. Never going back again.
Tiny error on my order attempted to inform the staff. Guy gave an attitude because I told him were weren't given a cup yet. Staff needs to be more courteous.

This Panera Bread consistently delivers a great experience! The employees were kind and efficient, making sure my order was correct and ready in no time. I had the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt with a side of Mac & Cheese, and both were incredible! The sandwich had a great smoky flavor, and the mac & cheese was rich and creamy. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with lots of natural light and a peaceful vibe. It’s a great spot for a casual meal, a study session, or a coffee break. I highly recommend this location!
