Amazing place, 5 stars all around! I love boba and Pearl is one of my favorite places to go if not my #1 favorite. Their drinks, as well as their food are always delicious. My favorite things from here are the rose milk tea, the jasmine milk tea, the popcorn shrimp, and the udon noodles!! The staff is super friendly too, and the overall vibe is just adorable, safe, and a perfect place to go to with your friends, a date, or even by yourself! I love Pearl!!

I was feeling like a good poke bowl and of course, decided to make my way to Pearl for lunch. I ordered my poke with all the fixings with tuna/salmon. I sat down at a table and I started to feel warm. I asked if the air conditioner would be turned on. I was told no, so I had to take it to go since it wouldn’t be enjoyable for me to eat it in a stuffy room. I took it to go and devoured it elsewhere. I got a mix of the mild mayo and spicy mayo and all the fixings made it very tasty.

My friends and I were excited to find a tapioca tea place in Novato. The shop was well-lit, with ample room for people to dine in and/or to wait for their orders.
The staff was friendly, but made a mistake on our teas. We requested no-ice, and got our teas with ice inside. The staff removed the ice for us, but the teas were still very cold, making the drinks less enjoyable on a windy day.
We liked that the menu has unique tea flavors like lavender and rose; and there were a lot of toppings to choose from. Although the tapiocas were undercooked, the teas were nicely flavored. We were disappointed that the yogurt popping boba had no yogurt taste in them. The teas came in the old kind of plastic boba tea cups, meaning not sealed. It was a little hard to put the straws in since the tea was filled almost to the brim. One of us ended up spilling some tea onto the clothes.
The shop also sells Poke and other food items. If we go again next time, we might try the Poke--they look good in the picture.
Casual eatery serving Poke bowls, Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, milk teas, and other Asian eats located in a shopping mall Novato Fair Shopping Center. I ordered a Pearl's Milk Tea and Regular poke bowl. The Pearl's milk tea is ok but I love the popping lychee. The regular poke bowl is delicious, I will order again to try others in the menu, not many of this business exist in the area.

I went every week once maybe twice for my poke bowl and now they have raised the price to double for a week and then doubled it again and don’t allow you to get more than a regular poke bowl costing even more!!! I used to pay $30 for an extra large bowl. It’s now $25 for a regular poke bowl and my order was wrong with the smallest scoop of protein! I will never eat there again!! I used to LOVE it as my all time poke bowl experience and now I’ll never return ! Such a disappointment from one week to the next with no notice of price changes and such a drastic change ! Thumbs down 100%
