Ate here twice today and was impressed both times. We were immediately seated and welcomed. Food was quite good and came out quickly and was piping hot. Servers both times were attentive. Pretty quiet place. All in all a positive experience and highly recommend

Excellent hamburger, beet salad and incredibly delicious fried chicken with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. Friendly and attentive server. Will definitely go back.

Was able to have a lovely catch up with friends and not feel like we had to move on after four hour lunch!
Will be back.

I just love the atmosphere at Perry's. The patio is perfect to enjoy their delicious Mai Tai Cocktail. Food was awesome. Will be back soon l'm sure.
Totally decent. Food is consistent and service has been good every time without fail. Does it deserve a Michelin star? Probably not. But it meets expectations for the price. Never a wait to be seated so far at this location.

This is a pretty cool place in Novato. Went for lunch with the family. Nice atmosphere and easy to get to. The food was good, tasty, large portions, but not unique or outstanding.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch at Perry's. Our server was knowledgeable regarding the wine and food selections. The Petrale sole was excellent and well seasoned. Terrific lunch spot!
The wait staff's customer load was not well balanced. We waited over 10 minutes for service before we had to ask for assistance. There were several empty tables in our section, while the section next to us was packed and had 2 large parties. A server from another section stepped in to help us. She took our cocktail orders. Our server still did not come to the table and then the hostess took our dinner orders. When the server from our section finally arrived there was no acknowledgment or apology for the poor service - this was very disappointing. Having been a waitress for 6 years during college in a fine dining restaurant I was quite surprised by the poor quality of service at a Perry's location. It felt more like a fast casual experience. I would suggest they train their hostesses on better customer load by section. I will return hoping we receive the level of service we are accustomed to at a Perry's restaurant.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt disappointed by the service during our visit. I ordered a club sandwich and asked for a Caesar salad with chicken as my side. My husband also ordered a club sandwich with fries.
However, the waiter Miguel brought me just a bowl of salad, completely missing the sandwich. When we pointed it out, he didn’t acknowledge his mistake or apologize. My husband even reminded him that I clearly asked for the sandwich, but the waiter insisted I only ordered the salad.
This kind of service is unacceptable. It’s not just about getting the order wrong — it’s the lack of accountability and professionalism. I won’t be coming back.
Perry's is always a great place to have lunch or dinner. The staff is wonderful. The ambience is beautiful and the only thing I would change is maybe a more comfortable seat but other than that, I would give it almost 5 stars.
Nice American menu with excellent selections of salads, sandos, and mains served promptly, then little attention was given after something else was needed, and no one was to be sighted outside. Stemmed glasses for martinis could use an upgrade since they looked like hand downs from 1975.
