I had a great experience today, 8/26. Dre did an amazing job, she assisted me in my order. Her personality is so welcoming 10/10.

Poor service no one cares how long you standing there to order the gossip it’s more important than the customer and no one call you when your drink it’s ready you need to go and check everyone’s drink cup to see it it’s yours ridiculous

I was at this Starbucks today at 3:50 pm, there were 3 employees (girls), all three looked at me multiple times and didn’t bother acknowledging or saying anything, they just continued their gossip so I left. Obviously they know nothing about customer service and don’t care. I had to put one star but even that’s not deserved for this kind of behavior.

The Vintage Oaks Starbucks has the worst service in Marin County. I give one star for the one good barrister.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. Waited nearly 30 minutes for a chai latte.
This place is quiet, spacey and good music. The barista is to be tipped for this drink. Amazing service and the presentation is absolute. I definitely recommend this place.

Restaurantji Recommends
Although the service was fine the restaurant was not, the place to say the least is filthy, waste bin are full floor and tables are dirty, allowing people to sit in tables where people actually eat is disgusting...personnel not paying attention the restaurant beyond making coffee does not lend for an pleasurable experience...needs a lot of help, to bring it up to what I was always thought starbucks was about

They're already charging us an outrageous price for coffee and then twenty five more cents for a cup????
They need more staff. Only 2 people in the morning. Its coffee you should have more people working
Visit on regular basis for monthly cars and coffee.. attitude with service was interesting and not needed.. both ladies served and charged us for water. We also recieved child size cups. I've never experienced this from any other Starbucks. Everyone seemed irritated due to one bathroom not working. Customer service has fallen to the wasteside and rather unfortunate. Friends and i will be saving future funds and bringing own coffee or protien drinks from home.

I came here after reading reviews of folks being ignored. So I was searching for exactly that. Unfortunately, they recognized me as a customer and even asked what I would like. I hadn't been expecting to get called on, but I made up something on the spot. Coffee, black, in a cup. It worked. The food gets five stars, because coffee isn't really food (is it?). The atmosphere gets four because it's a Starbucks - what are you expecting? And the service gets five because they did exactly what a normal business does, even if you go in expecting to get ignored.
Parking: There is a parking lot. What else are you expecting someone to tell you about a parking lot? It's well paved, and has new enough painted stripes so you don't get too confused. If you see other cars around, just do what they're doing, generally speaking. You'll be fine. Just practice.
