This place sucks, I don’t leave reviews often. But thought it was necessary. Went there with a coupon card that was helping Novato high school athletes and they did not honor the card. They have not honored coupons in the past. So I believe their business practices are suspect. They don’t seem to care about compromising in any given situation. They say no to everything. I think they are a horrible business.

Very poor service and hygienic condition, employees never change gloves, he used same gloves for 4 customers and for 10 different sandwiches.I would never recommend this subway to anyone, infact its better to go to Nuggets or Safeway.
