The burgers were my favorite however something has changed and I’m not going back. The buns are different and the burger was charred and overcooked for my preference. The service is fine

Hands down one of the best burgers 🍔 we have ever had ! Definitely was worth the walk ( 20 mins ) we ordered and everyone in my family enjoyed it ! We got the fries 🍟 and all left so happy ! I cannot wait to come back ! So if you are in town and want to enjoy a yummy meal come here ! I promise you won’t regret it !

These are some of the best fast-casual restaurant burgers in the Bay Area. Better than Five Guys and Shake Shack IMO. All locations do a great job of serving high quality food. The burgers are top notch as are the chicken sandwiches. Don’t sleep on the fries - they’re outstanding.

I am so pissed. I ordered a $60 order for me and my friends at lunchtime and it never came because they ended up being closed but it still let me order my damn burger I was so excited I was daydreaming about it. I wanted my sauce, my burger, my milkshake everything and you guys just decide to be evil and never give me my food.. I’m pissed.

Tried the Dirty Dog Burger today...WOW! Marvelous. Always Fantastic food and friendly service. Seems like everyone of all ages are enjoying themselves. The specials and secret menu items are amazing. Staff are incredibly welcoming.

The food was okay. Ordered the truffle burger and tasted no truffle and the garlic fries there was minimum amount of garlic and maybe two or three pieces of parsley on top of the fries. Bottom fries in the bag were not seasoned. Veggie Burger was good. Chicken sandwich was ordered by the look of picture but tasted like cardboard with hot sauce. The weight of Chicken sandwich was probaly 2.5. oz. Free Pickles on counter were tasty but warm. I paid 40 dollars for this meal and expect perfection. If you sell a truffle burger it should taste or at least smell like truffle mushroom.

This burger is not only the best in Novato but most of California Thailand and Japan. At this price you will not find a better tasting burger. As for this location, the cooks are very consistent and your likely to enjoy the same experience on your next visit.
