Very slow taco bell, they take a while to get the food. Also at this specific location it felt like there was a lot of tortilla compared to filling which I really hated. Besides that it's a taco bell.

The food at Taco Bell was good, but the service was awful. The employees couldn’t pronounce numbers correctly, causing a lot of confusion. It’s disappointing to see how far customer service has fallen in chain restaurants. There’s just no care or effort put into the customer experience anymore. It feels like these corporations don’t prioritize training their staff properly, and it shows. The overall decline in service is really frustrating, and it makes the experience far less enjoyable. Fast food chains need to step up their game.

I ordered three Taco Bell Supremes tacos. That was hardly any sour cream or cheese. It was mostly lettuce and a few tomatoes. I don't think that's what I expected but that's what I got. I hope that's coming across clear because it was edible but not what I expected to order after paying $16 for the meal

I came for a a quick stop and saw they might have coffee. Perfect, prefer it over soda. The counter is covered in signs saying you have to order at the kiosk. Ok. Wait my turn and order. I realized my quick coffee order had turned into "wait your turn after drive though and on line orders. " So I waited for awhile and until I didn't have time to wait further and left. It's ok. I will just go places that don't require kiosk ordering. Wink wink. Won't be tempted by the tacos either. It works out.

Taco Bell is the best! Consistent quality and tasty as heck. The people that work in this location are all just the sweetest, always smiling and happy to help. Special shout out to Maribel, last time I was there there was a dude in the restaurant who was absolutely unhinged and angry and yelling and cursing (specifically at Maribel) which was completely unwarranted and even still she kept a smile on her face for everyone else in the restaurant and drive through. I was worried he would make a complaint about the situation so I’m here to counteract that and hopefully corporate will see this and not punish anyone for some unhinged dudes bad day.
I don’t eat fast food when I treat myself , I usually noticed why I don’t eat it again. I’ve order Taco Bell twice the last week… and all my items were made so poorly. Didn’t seem like the food was handled with care or for them to even think about if they was going to eat it. The atmosphere and customer is good , the only other thing is they mess up a lot with the crunchy Gordita dorito taco every time I receive a regular crunchy Gordita taco. I just hope each worker is following food safety rules and cleanliness because both times Taco Bell made me feel sick to my stomach ….
