I ordered a whole turkey dinner for thanksgiving, which per Toast's advertising would feed 8 people. I picked up the order, went home and started to unbox the meal. What a severe disappointment. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes, the stuffing was box stuffing and the cranberry sauce had absolutely no taste. The turkey Was so dry it resemble saw dust after cutting. I was supposed to get green beans but those were not put in my bag and I only received 1 container of stuffing. I called the store really annoyed at the missing food and was told they ran out. I told the employee they should have mentioned that when I picked up the food and offered a substitute for the food I had paid $200 for. The employee could have cared less nothing was done to rectify the missing food. Thankfully I was able to run to a grocery store and make some last minute sides, the only thing we actually ate from the meal was the turkey which everyone commented on how dry and disgusting it was. Lesson learned never again will I order from toast.

Just had a fun and delicious dinner with a party of 17 here at Toast in Novato! Big group and we ordered everything from pizza to sandwiches to salads to salmon to pasta - everything was tasty and plenty to eat. The service was great - very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back soon.

Place is dirty and unorganized. All the servers are hanging out no one is cleaning or taking care of customers. The manager should put them to work!!! Clean or go home!! Sorry this is a restaurant.
Wonderful food, great service, nice location with an outdoor patio, plenty of parking and reasonable prices for the quality and quantity. I'll definitely return!

My wife and I stopped in for lunch and had the BLT with side salad and the turkey club with fries. The food was fresh and good, and the outdoor dining was very nice... The restaurant wasn't busy, and the service was pretty good. The sandwich prices are about 20%-25% above where one would expect them to be, so that hurts the overall rating (Club = $23, etc.).
