A staple in Novato. Really good drinks, an endless selection of music and some interesting characters from the cast of locals, my only true complaint is how dirty the carpet is and how dingy the walls look. Could really use a small makeover with a coat of paint.

I love the Viking bar I know that bar very well have not been there for years now that I have gray hair you should figure how well. I know the bar been there since I had black hair that should tell you something off the bat! Batters ready! Strike! You're out 86 Buddy just kidding you get the picture
Great service and friendly people. Pool tables at both ends if place. Put golf. Place is great. Dog are welcome.

Its thee novato dive and its dumpy but it makes up for it a bit with pool tables, lots of space, dance floor and a place for a band. I ordered a gin gimlet and got a glass of vodka with two lime slices. That could be a virtue for some but I was actually wanting a gimlet so take the info however you want.Hate to love it, love to hate on it. I hope it lasts forever and it probably will.
