Arrived long before the rush and ppl arriving later sitting outside received their orders first.
1 plate was delivered to my table while my family waited for the rest to trickle in. By the time my grandbabys nuggets arrived my tacos were so cold and stale.
I kept asking different ladies there about my order and kept saying 10min.
I ordered spirits and the bartender Denise was more interested in entertaining the men at her bar than keeping up with her orders. I had to get up from my table and request them. Somehow she produced them with minutes while I had already waited for an hour. Plus clearly she had already had a few drinks herself.
After my family finally got the rest of our order, the newly arrived family at the next table ordered their starters and received them within minutes.
Sadly, I would never return there regardless of how tasty the food was. Service to the custmor is everything!

Waitress was so rude, food is blah , experience was so bad I called their 800 number they have posted and of course no one has called me back. Never going back. From other reviews I see, now I understand the waitresses are probably drunk. Don't recommend at all

Super slow service. It wasn't that busy. Bartender went M.I.A.for about half hour.

Man, I'm just trying to be fair. The atmosphere is great. We love oak glen, but the service is subpar. You really have to flag the bar tenders down multiple times. They're like deaf jack Russell's. Once they're gone you can't get them back. If you have about an hour or two to spare for a drink you'll be just fine.

Live music. Stopped making food between lunch and dinner, so we had to eat elsewhere...

The restaurant is located right next to the slides. It was very convenient as we got to play and eat at the same time. They have some toys to keep the kids entertained since our food took quite a long time to serve. The food and service were decent. The Margherita pizza with pepperoni was the best one I have had although I don't like pepperoni at all.

Cool restaurant with a nice bar, funny bartenders. Great place to relax after picking apples at nearby orchards. Free parking at the plaza.

Like living in an episode of Bar Rescue. Absolutely egregious wait for simple finger foods (which even came out cold), not to mention the long line to get seated. We were a party of two and they seat us at a six person hightop; doesn't seem efficient!Bartenders were busy chatting with their loud friends at the bar and enjoying some tequila shots, which explains a lot about the attitude of service. Shame Jon Taffer never came in to berate the staff.Save yourself some money and avoid this tourist trap.

Cute spot after apple picking with indoor and outdoor seating. Dina our server was AMAZING! So accommodating and welcoming! Such a great experience after a long day!

It is small with limited seating, they suggest you get there way ahead of time. It's a very small menu, but choices that everyone would like.The pizza was some of the best pizza I've ever had (margarita and meat lovers). I personally didn't have any drinks but thsoe in my party that did said they were not good.
