Cafe Sapientia is a charming, family-run Korean-style dessert/small dish spot that my girls absolutely love. Their shaved snow bowls are generous enough to split into cups for two, perfect for sharing or taking to go. Dining in is always a delight: friendly staff, cozy vibes, and the owners’ hardworking kids pitching in with genuine care and smiles. Five stars for the food, the service, and the atmosphere. A true neighborhood gem.

Good service, however my family and I were almost done eating 15 minutes after closing but (I am unsure if he was an employee or owner of the place) an individual working there quickly cleaned up our plates before we were finished with our dessert. We had 3 bites left! That was unbelievably rude, especially to a customer.
Such a lovely place me and my girlfriend go to

adequate coffee. was nothing special. but they have cute pastries.
The staff is always very friendly, and it's a cute spot. The reason I keep coming back, however, is for the snow cremes - they're delicious, light, fluffy, and the perfect sweetness level. Their summer melon flavor is divine and I really hope they keep it. 😅
I'm actually telling people IRL about this place cause it's so good. Keep up the great work, everyone!

matcha tasted like nothing and wasn’t even the right color, i forgot what the name was but i got toast with salmon and avocado and it was super overpriced and it didn’t even taste that good. it was decent and my food took a little while to come but overall it was fine.
Oh my god the shaved ice is to die for I need more of it in my mouth. So busstastic good. Life is infinitisemly more beautiful after.
Customer service as always really great, upbeat and friendly - the perfect stop for refreshment
This is my favorite coffee shop in the area, objectively top-2 shops in the conejo valley. They do everything right and don't pretend to be anything they're not.
The inside is simple -- nothing distracting and relatively quiet, with ample seating and room to bring your work/school equipment if that's your thing.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee, and there's a variety of origins to choose from if you're a nerd. Special shout to this joint for carrying iced coffee *and* cold brew. Not a ton of places have true iced coffee anymore, and I'm a fan of theirs.
I can't say I've eaten a ton of food here, but I've had their cinnamon roll a few times, and it's quite nice (obviously, if I've gotten it more than once).
If you care about your coffee and want to buy from a business who cares about their coffee, this is your spot.

Nice coffee and branch type of menu. Fresh food and super neat place. Really recommend
An excellent coffee shop with a fantastic selection of brunch dishes, including their absolutely delicious avocado toast. They offer a variety of unique coffee options and high-quality pastries. The service is outstanding—very friendly—and the outdoor seating provides a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy your meal.
Number one restaurant in Oak Park - according to the Oak Park High School paper. Tasty snow cones with real fruit, and fancy hand crafted coffee drinks.
Had a wonderful time at this cafe! The service was so warm and welcoming. We each got a different drink and from the matcha to the tea latte to the espresso it was all great. Will definitely come again.
Best coffee in town and a great service ! Suggest you try it!!!
