I stood at the counter for five minutes without a single person speaking to me. I was going to add some thing to my app order. They would walk in front of me, look at me, never smile, and not even “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Additionally, my app order for an iced tea had over an inch at the top that was not filled. Disappointing for a Starbucks.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. I love the cushy seating but..the other high top table and chairs I don't like bcoz very uncomfortable. The music should improve to more new wave and not so loud. The service is very good.Kid-friendliness: There are tables and chairs that are perfect for families that are not high top.

The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful.I ordered a tall cappuccino and was impressed with the quality of the coffee. It had a rich, bold flavor that was perfectly balanced with the frothy milk. The drink was also served at the ideal temperature, which made it easy to enjoy right away.In addition to the great coffee, the atmosphere of the store was pleasant and inviting. There was plenty of seating available, both indoor and outdoor, and the decor was modern and tasteful.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality coffee shop with great service and atmosphere

Has been my go-to Starbucks location for years! All of the staff members are friendly and very attentive. I work right across the street so it is always quite convenient to come here. Never have had a bad experience.

My go -to location. Staff is pleasant and service is quick- despite all the surrounding schools! My only con is that darn curb coming off the drive thru: I know I need to hold my wheel ridiculously straight and to NEVER exit right- but in the beginning I sure did mess up my expensive rims- as my natural inclination would be to exit right. Now I usually park and get some work done and I swear I hear/watch every third car hit and scrape on that curb. It's terrible. Please fix!!!!

Worst Starbucks location i ever been, always slow, employees don't care at all, very unprofessional and disrespectful. Online order never ready, thay make me wait 15 min every single time

Gift Card Fraud!!!Horrible, horrible experience. Not only did these employees not give me my gift card or receipt back at the drive-thru, but one of them used my card to fraudulently purchase a venti-sized drink.Went through the drive-thru and before leaving the parking lot, realized I hadn’t been given my gift card back, which had a substantial amount of money on it. When I went back to retrieve the card, not only did the employees inside the store fail to apologize but were completely disingenuous and rude. The whole interaction gave me a bad feeling so once I got home I checked my purchase history and saw that after they charged me for my order at 9:14 a.m., there was a separate charge at 9:18 (four whole minutes later) for a drink (a Venti—an iced shaken espresso with classic syrup) that I hadn’t ordered. While this additional purchase was voided afterwards, I’m fairly certain it was only canceled because I went back into the store to demand my card back and had a rather unpleasant exchange with one of the employees who took offense to my being offended by his disingenuous attitude.What a racket!
