One of the male employees was asked if they give military discount and he said "not that I'm aware of" which is fine.... Then he replied to the veteran thank you for your service.... If you are military... ? and I found that to be a bit disrespectful.

The manager working here is SUPER lazy and CRAZY. And that might be the reason the 5 star reviews are VERY Old. And recent ones are mostly 1 star. I asked him to check by no. if there is a credit issued by his employee and he got upset for no reason and grumbling on how people scam him for free "sandwich". Jerks thinks, every1 is behind him to get "free" damn subway sandwich but doesn't realize that their crew messed up my order big time and when asked for refund, they agreed on credit, which I accepted because didn't want to jeopardize their job. I had paid around $50 for 4 sub-way sandwiches! If they see my history, I have given them tons of business but he doesn't realize!! I called him later asking to honor it and the crazy manager was SUPER rude and went ballistic on me!! That show-case his poor management skills on handling the customer. He should be doing some housekeeping job but definitely not managerial position. We are NOT going to this shop ever again! Just watch out!! go to other location which has good ratings, than this crazy place . If they mess up your order, they don't honor it and you lose your money :( I love sub-way and first time had such horrible experience!!!

I have never been told I cannot add whatever I want at a Subway and just take the sandwich as is. I was told by a guy, who looked extremely miserable and gave off a horrible vibe as soon as I walked thru the door, that I could not add other vegetables unless it was a build your own. Me asking to add something else is a clear indication I'm trying to build my own. I don't know if it's a new policy but I'm going to avoid this subway on my lunch time from now on, could not enjoy the bland sandwich that guy made.

I received fantastic service from a very sweet sandwich artist who I believe is generally under tipped. He was surprised that I tipped well ?. They also have fresh avocado as opposed to the avocado mush that never oxidizes in the subways near me (in Colorado). I was only here for a week and a half and stopped in this subway twice.

Buyer beware at this subway they refused to make our sandwiches they way we wanted it. The attitude from the female sandwich maker was you can't have your sandwich the you want it and she made our sandwich's the way she wanted it. We pay good money for those sandwiches and we will not be going back. This is very sad because we have other choices for lunch.

Horrible customer service, the meat smelled, and you basically have to ask for everything on your sandwich 20xtimes or else they will make it wrong. Don't WASTE your time or energy going to to this horrible subway location. I would drive the extra distance and find any other subway location.

I went in a Monday afternoon and there was a sandwich artist who was so nice, they greeted me as I walked in and proceeded to help me out, other Sandwich artist usually squish the bread making it flat, but this artist did not the bread was so fluffy and it was so yummy ! The sandwich was so good ! And his customer service was awesome ! Thank you Cameron !

The location has posted hours of 7am to 9pm during the week. Twice this past week we've gone to this location to find the location CLOSED when it was supposed to be open. Please update your hours or open/close when you are supposed to!

I've been a customer of this location for at least 10 years. The store is very clean and well-stocked with a great selection of chips and beverages. This Subway offers excellent seating inside and outside. Outside seating is great because the shopping center is very quiet. The employees are very friendly and do a top-notch job at creating your meal. During my most recent visit, Nick was especially friendly and put together two amazingly constructed subs for me and my wife. Thanks Nick for doing a great job!

A DoorDash driver took my order! It took some sorting, but the Subway owner, who happened to be in working for an employee who called out sick, cleared it up. I really appreciate that the owner, who said that he would get back to me about the issue did and took care of it. It was frustrating, but I am so happy that a local business is interested in following through and making their customers satisfied. I will make sure to order from them again and hope everyone in the area does the same.

Best, best Subway! This a remodeled location. It is definitely worth seeing. Every Subway is different, but this one gets it right every time.
