First of all, they didn't take my name so I had no idea which drink was mine since there was a ton of HS kids in there at the same time so my Frapp was melted & didn't taste as good as the last time I ordered it (the new Midnight Mint one.) Then I had to ask about my sandwich which I was told it was coming right out, when in fact it was sitting on the counter away from my drink & now was not even hot any more.
