First of all, they didn't take my name so I had no idea which drink was mine since there was a ton of HS kids in there at the same time so my Frapp was melted & didn't taste as good as the last time I ordered it (the new Midnight Mint one.) Then I had to ask about my sandwich which I was told it was coming right out, when in fact it was sitting on the counter away from my drink & now was not even hot any more. This Starbucks is one of the favorite locations, always taking care of customers quickly with great customer service. The drive thru line moves very fast; one customer ordered at the sign and had everything within three minutes. The crew has it figured out, with drinks and sandwiches ready at the window. The team is always fantastic and great, with special mention of a crew member named Aron who is super nice, always happy, and always has a smile on his face. He goes the extra mile to make people laugh, gets orders correct, and has a great attitude. The manager is also awesome, once giving a birthday drink to a customer who drove an hour for it. However, some reviews note a long wait, possibly due to a wage issue, as the same employee is never seen working in the drive thru twice in one week. Despite this, the kind gestures and fast service make this location a favorite.
