Great service! Was my first time here to this cafe today morning. Went to get a cup of coffee and some snacks. Food looked really fresh. They have many options and prices are good too. Highly impressed my their service. Friendly staff.

The location, prices and food of this place are cool but they are SOOOOO stingy with their food! They give these tiny little scoops as if they are making plates for toddlers and if you are brave enough to ask for more they have the nerve to bump up the charge! Essentially making you pay extra for food that should have came with your meal. I thought maybe it was me at first but I remember an older gentleman that was ahead of me got to the register, opened his box and was like, "Do you think I can get a little more grits?" Crazy. Another thing that makes this place annoying is the way that they REPEATEDLY call everybody, "Baby...sweetie.... honey" as they help you. It's unprofessional and unnecessary. Respect for your customers will go a long way. Other than that I don't know what to say about this place than don't go here if you're really hungry! Lol They could be a much more awesome place but they shoot themselves in the foot with their stingyness and weirdo service.

Have put in orders here and went to pick them up 3 time. every time, despite not being that busy and waiting at least 30 minutes to an hour our order is still not ready and they were rude when we did show up. There are plenty of other places around Oakland to get a good sandwich. And their Mediterranean food is awful! microwaved falafels and over salted salads. Bland hummus.

Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced in the 63 years that I have been on this earth. The lady behind the counter had ear buds in her ears listening to music and refused to wait on me until she got good and ready. I had a call in order and I saw my food sitting there. When I inquired about my food she told me I would have to wait 5 mins. After 5 mins I asked again for my food and she turned hostile with this vociferous attitude. I asked for the manager and she told me she was the manager. I said "you have got to be kidding me?" I walked out! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a chicken shawarma plate and the person who made it handed it to someone else. Waited 10 minutes after paying while the cooks were helping other people. The person who took the chicken shawarma came back and said it wasn't the right order, so the cashier said to me “here, this is your food.†I asked them if they could prepare a fresh plate since it's been in someone else's possession for 10-15 minutes. They argued with me said “no take this she barely ate from it†and looked at me as if I was crazy for not taking it. Truly shocked that a restaurant would do this to a customer.

Just had the stuffed tomato and it was a 10. Delicious! Healthy, Meaty, and Seasoned just right I hope your other items are just as yummy!
This place Is TRASH. I have been here twice and the first time they forgot my avocado and I paid $10 for my breakfast burrito and I went today and they forgot my avocado again and didn't even melt my cheese. The lady was rude and mad when I told her she forgot my avocado. My hash browns were nasty and so was the omelette! Never coming back again. Don't spend your money here! I don't know how you mess up on hash browns or an omelette ?
