Food and setting are great, but we were having brunch at the beginning of the restaurant's day, and it took our table (and the others we saw) a very long time, close to 45 minutes, before we got our orders. Seemed as if there were plenty of servers, but somehow things were very slow that day.

Drinks slow to get to the table, $50 steak ordered medium rare was very rare, burger ordered medium was rare. The waiter, which seems to be the norm at Acre was dismissive and cranky. The manager is great but both my son and daughter, who have worked in restaurants said there is no way those waiters (the one we've had there in the past) would get hired at the restaurants they worked at just based on their attitudes. I am kind of bummed because I love the design and the cocktails...

Our server Kimberly was excellent, super attentive, even though it was pretty busy that evening, great personality, always a smile on her face and she made the night very pleasant. Food choices are great, something appealing for everyone. Food was really good. We had several shareable dishes. All were good. Several of us had the Beef Bourguignon which was also very tasty. There were five in our party and this was the first time dining at Acre for everyone. We would definitely...
