This is kind of a weird place, but once you get it, you’ll love it.
This isn’t a food court, or dining hall. It’s a kitchen with take out only. You order online, then pick up and eat your food elsewhere. The cutlet I had was magnificent.
There is no “service”, and the “atmosphere” is a bunch of loudmouth delivery dudes waiting on orders outside.

Ordered chicken katsu and it was fire! The sides were really the stars of the deluxe plate and it was enough for two full meals. Pick up was really easy!

it’s take away only. you’re either picking up from the counter or one of the automated lockers. super convenient, but best of you’ve got someone riding shotgun as it’s a popular spot, with door-dash drivers akimbo so it’s guaranteed double parking especially on a weekend. i’ve gotten food from Noor the last couple times and it’s always been delicious. reusable food packaging and it’s all comes in a paper bag. points for all that.

The parking situation with all the delivery drivers is a little rough and the inside cubicle that you order in is very cramped especially with other people ordering and picking up food. However the restaurants they have here are fire! I would definitely recommend.
