Very sweet lady, very hospitable. She didn’t know English too well but the food was amazing. The atmosphere is very cleanly decorated.

Amazing food.
Wife and I got the Meat+Veggie for 2 and both loved it. Injera is really good. Wife’s not a huge meat person and liked all three. I hate beets and managed to eat most of these (that’s a positive sign). Veggie dishes were fantastic.
The only criticism I have is getting three Injera for the two person combo. We ran out (while also eating the food mat) and it seems like a fourth would be nice so each gets two.

Will be back a lot! 🙏

“No beets?”
Me: Yes, no beets, please.
“No beets?”
Me: Yes, correct, no beets.
Got beets as 1of3 veggies. Hate beets.

Kept it 5 stars because I still got enough food, plenty of injera for me, and I like their food. I will double check my to-go orders…

Went here with my family to celebrate my birthday! Great experience. The food was great. We ordered two combo plats of veggies and meat. Tons of food. One star was taken off because it was very warm inside. Parking was easy. Service was good.

My family went for Mothers Day and had a wonderful meal. The wait staff was very kind and the meal was delicious. Exactly what i was craving. The jebena coffee is great too! Its a lot of coffee, so just know that as well. Overall really pleased with our experience. They even have ful which is awesome, as an arab myself. Love seeing more restaurants open that offer non-american food. Good luck to yall!

I have eaten at almost every Ethiopian restaurant in Oakland and they are all very high quality. This was my first time trying Admas and the only time I've gotten bad Ethiopian food. The kitfo was so peppery (not spicy but literally ground pepper) it had the texture of sand. I've never seen so much pepper in one dish. It was completely inedible. The photos in their reviews look completely different. You can see in the photo that it is like a 50% ratio of meat to ground pepper.

The combo platter only gives about 2 bites per serving. The dishes were not what was advertised in the photos. I've never gotten bland canned beets as a combo dish at an Ethiopian restaurant before. I also ordered a side that wasn't shown in the combo, and they ended up putting it in so I got two of the same dish. I don't know why they would do that. Really disappointing meal.
