This place is a GODSEND for Telegraph in Uptown Oakland. Oakland is full of delicious food, and this is no exception. A hot slice and a soda for a reasonable price, they should have these places everywhere. In addition to the fresh hot pizza, and the quick friendly service, it is also a classy joint that serves as an oasis from the hot sidewalk outside. CLEAN floors and tables, AC, and some baseball on the tv. What more do you want?

I ordered 2 combo slices with the addition of jalapeños on both I tapped my card no tip and was charged $21.54 ?the price of a whole pizza. I thought ok maybe it's really good ?♂️.

No bathroom for customers to wash their hands. The pizza was reasonably good. The service was a bit weird. I ordered two 24-in pizzas to eat in the dining room and they came out in boxes. That seemed like a lot of wasted cardboard.
The dining room is nice and seemed reasonably clean. But I was a little put off by the fact that a scrappy dirty guy was cleaning the windows then promptly went back to folding pizza boxes. Nowhere in between did he washes hands. I certainly don't hold it against someone for being a bit dirty while doing a cleaning job, but that same person should not be handling things that the food comes into contact with. I wouldn't leave a car outside on the curb after dark. The chance of it getting broken into is about 80%.
All in all, this place rates a two on the sanitary scale.
