Coldest service and simply most embarrassing product. I couldn’t help but leave a review because it was soooo bad. The older bald bartender, who took my order, couldn’t have been more abrupt. After I received my order I asked for some salsa for my chips the kitchen staff replied “sorry you’ll have to ask the bartender as this salsa is for the food..” I’m pretty sure I just ordered food.. hello? It was a whole level of disappointment once I opened my burrito - which consisted of soggy rice, a minimal amount chicken (which I was charged a 5.00% surcharge for) and loads of sour cream. This was a complete unacceptable experience as a whole

My burrito was good but wife’s tacos weren’t. Asked for side of sour cream and guacamole and they charged us $9. People at the bar were nice but the kitchen folks were not.

I used to love this restaurant and it's other locations when I lived in the Bay Area. Stopped in at airport yesterday and was very disappointed. Chicken nachos chips hard and stale guacamole was brownish chicken cold salsa definitely from a jar. The girl wasn't going meats where from earlier in the day. No cilantro for tacos and steak had zero seasoning. Very disappointing

We ordered Chicken Quesadillas at the register (no table service that I know of) & they were good. The food came out pretty quickly, which was good since we had a plane to catch. It would be nice if the guacamole & sour cream wasn't placed on top of the lettuce, but this is pretty typical when ordering quesadillas. They had good flavor.

We had the Chicken ? Nachos and really didn’t expect much, but WOW!! The Chicken ? was amazing!! Perfectly grill and seasoned. They don’t skimp on cheese ?, guacamole ? or sour cream!! Either, I would have been Proud to make these at home! Just Wow!!*note no before photo because, like I said we really didn’t expect much.

My Barman offered to plug in my phone, & when I rushed off, I left phone plugged in, realized later that I'd flown off without it, I was able to call Adrian, the Manager & he shipped it. CustomerService is @the Heart of the Hospitality Business & Andalé, by way of an Excellent Mgr. Adrian shows WHY!!

Great airport eatery. I had the omelette and it was quite tasty. The portion was generous and I loved that it included avocado. The service was really fast - a huge plus if you are short on time.

Early morning flight and needed breakfast. The $10.95 breakfast sandwich with bacon on a croissant was great. No sides but they weren't needed. It was just a bit oily. The paper napkins were soaked. Friendly service at the counter and cooks handing meals out. Simple and easy first thing in the morning. It's a different line from the coffee spot the area is shared with. Review #17 of 100 in 2021

Got steak and chicken tacos. Meat were pre-made. Has very little taste. Disappointed. Only good thing was that it was fast as I was catching a flight. Would not eat there again as it wasn't cheap!
