I have followed Angel Cakes for years and when I got engaged almost 2 years ago, I knew I wanted my desserts from there. Last summer/ fall? They had their cupcake tasting event which me, my now husband, and sister in law bought tickets for. We were on a mission to find our favorite flavors but it was so hard to choose with almost 40 kinds! After much debate, we landed on maple bacon, guava, and chocolate salted caramel as well as mini brownies and cheesecake bites. They also made our two tiered vintage style heart cake for us to cut into. I felt bad that I had to keep changing our order to include GF/ VE options and then again to add more cupcakes bc our guest count kept going up. They were very friendly and easy to work with even with the multiple changes. My event coordinator also said their delivery was seem less and they very professional and courteous. The cheesecake was the star of the night. I only had one small bite and when I returned to the dessert table, it was the first thing we ran out of! My now husband was sweet enough to buy me my own slice the next day when we returned the cupcake stands 😊 10/10 would recommend to anyone

One of the best cupcake shops I’ve been to. It’s very out of the way, but worth it! The cupcakes are standard baking size and come in a variety of cakes and icings. Worth checking out. But check their hours because they vary. It’s not a sit down place, just a small counter area where the cupcakes are on display. Staff is very friendly and usually very busy.

Angel Cakes is pure joy in dessert form! Their cupcakes are always creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious--I've enjoyed them at countless gatherings and they're always the first to disappear. We featured a huge batch of mini-cupcakes at a fundraiser with people raving about every bite. I've also been lucky enough to have one of their gorgeous cakes for my birthday, which was as stunning as it was delicious. Angel Cakes truly brings magic and joy to every occasion, even when it is a party of one!

My grandmother recently turned 88 and decided that she wanted a cake shaped like the number 88 with three different types of cakes making it up. I called around to Bunches of bakeries who all said they couldn't do it. But these folks made it happen, and beautifully! Also, 10/10 on the cakes. So divine!

I got married yesterday, and I have an allergy to wheat and to dairy. I was looking for a place that could make me a wedding cake that wasn't chocolate or vanilla (which was all I could find elsewhere). I got the Turkish coffee flavored cake and oh my goodness was it delicious and SO beautiful!!! The team was incredible in adding the specific flowers I wanted. Everyone loved the cake and didn't give me the usual ribbing of what a GF/DF cake is like - they all loved it. It was amazing to have a fun cake for my wedding - thank you so much, Angel Cakes!!

Ordered a heart cake with vintage piping for gfs birthday. The cake itself was very cute- no complaints with the decoration! But was disappointed in the actual cake itself . Ordered 3 layers of the Lemon Meyer Passionfruit flavor. It was vanilla cake with a small circle of custard in the middle and plain buttercream. Layers of cake and buttercream were pretty thick, but Custard was very minimal and the cake was a bit on the drier side. Super disappointing
However, person placed the order with over the phone was very kind and they completed the cake with a pretty quick turnaround (under 3/4 days). Which was really great. I’d visited in-store before placing the cake order and tried 4 of their cupcakes and enjoyed those.

An amazing place to get cupcakes! Their best sellers are Meyer Lemon Cream, Chocolate Salted Caramel, and Red Velvet. Those flavors are all really good, and I love their daily assortment, but I have to say that my most favorite flavor is the Vanilla Salted Caramel, if you are lucky enough to be there on a day it is featured try it, you will not be disappointed.
