The people who work here are very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. I went here just a few times and they always remembered my name. The food is very fresh and the pricing is good, too. You can pre-order online. One of the more popular sandwich places in the area. A lot of people in the office go there for the sandwiches and large salads. Just a little seating at the counter but mainly a to go place that always looks fairly busy.

Not to put it down...but the ambience is great. Service was okay. Overall the quality of the bread was bad. The sourdough was weak and not fresh at all. Looks can be deceiving. Have you ever had food that was processed on a trayline? The sandwich had that manufactured taste. Maybe my tastebuds were off, but by a longshot I'll tell you that there are way better sandwiches nearby. Forcefed myself because it was lunchtime. First referral experience fell short on this one.

Ordered a Turkey sandwich paid extra for cranberry to be added, it wasn’t. Bagel burnt. Just because it is for delivery and someone can’t send it back and have it done correctly, means you should take more care.

I love the chicken Caesar salad here, the dressing is super flavorful even without too much dressing. I’m always on a diet for some reason so the cashier girlie recommended the Caesar salad with less dressing. It was such a good recommendation bc I got my veggies and proteins intake while keeping the flavor 🥹. Customer service is super nice too, they remind me of the friendly folks back home.
I have been working on customer service for about 30 years and always greet people with a smile, the person on the deli does not even greet customers, I came in and said hello to her and she didn't even acknowledge me I feel sorry for her, the other two girls on the coffee section are the sweetest and always acknowledged every one, I get my coffee from them every morning and they're always with a smile on their face,

Food has been great for the past 27yrs I’ve been coming here. I’ve heard the business has new owners as of a few weeks ago sooooo I’m wondering what the future will be of this place. I’ve noticed it’s new faces at the cash registers which is definitely not normal here. Time will tell

I am obsessed with their cookies. These are my favorite cookies of all time. If I’m in the area I will stop by and order them and now I will call sometimes to order in advance to make sure that I get some lol. They do run out Ive had their sandwiches as well. They were good but for the most part because I fast during the day, I stop by to grab cookies for dessert.

Wow!! Had there snickerdoodle cookies and they are the best, chocolate chip cookies are to die for !!! Cookies baked fresh daily the customer service is absolutely amazing. 🤩 definitely recommend coming here for a tuna sandwich!! Quick and affordable. Staff are amazing, the shop is a very clean environment. WOOWWWW !! This shop can take all my money. Definitely worth every dollar spent.
