I just had lunch there and ordered the lomo saltado. The meat was cut into chunks and not slices like it usually is for this dish. It looked like a meal for a child. There was not enough juice left in the meat for me to be able to soak up with my unseasoned fries and rice. The dish was $25.99 and I really got ripped off. I know things are hard for everyone right now but that was utterly ridiculous. I don’t even know why I tipped. The host/waiter was unfriendly, cold, and didn’t really do anything special to deserve a tip!! Never again. It was an expensive lesson for me. I knew I should’ve gone to In-N-Out🫤
I give it 3 stars bc the food was good but it really was nothing spectacular especially not for the price.

Some yummy Peruvian food. Cooking and Taste was delicious
They charged 30 dollars for a tiny piece of overcooked underseasoned steak an egg and some fries. Absolute ripoff.

I had the ceviche and a chicha. They were both fantastic. They also gave me extra habanero hot sauce to put on my ceviche, it was delicious. Food took a while, but it was worth it.

Went there for lunch today. So excited this lovely and DELICIOUS restaurant is in the east bay! The Peruvian cuisine was authentic and so well presented! The flavors were traditional yet with unique combinations. They have a lovely outdoor area in front and wonderfully friendly staff. We cannot WAIT to go back!!!

This Peruvian restaurant is really good! The service was very friendly, and they even surprised us with a complimentary dessert since it was my friend’s birthday. I had the tallarines a la huancaína con lomo saltado and it was absolutely delicious. The whole place is decorated with a Peruvian theme, and they play Peruvian music, which truly made me feel at home for a moment.

The food was super delicious. It felt like being in Perú 🥰My favorite Peruvian restaurant in California and better than most high end Peruvian restaurants in SF!!! The service was great and fast. The servers were sweet. Keep in mind servings are large lol but great quality food 😋

Everything was fantastic, and as others have said this place has a real home-cooked vibe (in a good way). In particular we really enjoyed the ceviche asu mare, which combined leche de Tigre and fried seafood. The leche de Tigre was amazing tangy and just the right level of spicy, and the fish used for it tasted very fresh and had a nice firm texture. The fried seafood was delicate and neither soggy nor overcooked.

From a Peruvian: One of the most authentic Peruvian restaurants in the Bay Area. Juicy anticuchos, tallarines a la huancaína with limo saltado is a combo I haven’t seen much outside of Peru, and their ají is delicious. One of the few excellent Peruvian spots on my rotation! 🇵🇪
