Favorite place on piedmont ave - I’ve been dozens of times. Always great service, vibe, and food.

I live in NYC, was visiting family in California. I heard about this place went and got a bunch borritos for take out for family. Tacos are huge, and made fresh as you wait. I'm not a fish eater but family loved the fish. I had a vegetable one and loved it. Went back the next morning and got another for my flight home.
Out door seating in rear. Plenty of tables, place is huge and great staff. Owner is really nice. Place is spotless, including restrooms.
Plenty of room for wheel chairs and street level entrance.
Vegetarian options: I had vegetarian burrito and it was huge and delicious
Kid-friendliness: Didn't look for a kids menu but there was a family there while waiting for my take out food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entrance. Plenty of Maneuver. Easy access to restroom and out door seating.

Ordered Two taco combo plate. Fish taco was really well cooked. Chicken was fine, but not as good as the fish. The bluegrass show made the atmosphere excellent and was a lot of fun.

I did a take out pickup for their combo chicken taco and fish taco. Both were outstanding. Both were prepared so well with generous portions. The side of rice and beans were also very good and it comes with chips. A definite repeat. So lucky to have this place handy on my way home. Healthy eating that tastes so good.

$5 tacos that are huge and delicious. I had the birroaand the grilled chicken. Service us kind of iffy.

Ive been coming here for over 20 years! Coco and Carla (and Jeff) always make me feel at home! The bluegrass jam always feels like a treat. The fish tacos are standout, the cajun fish salad (off menu) is my staple go to dish, and everything is reliably delicious! This might be the BEST VALUE on Piedmont ave., but let’s keep it a secret!

8 dollars after tax for a single taco?? NahTwo stars instead of one cause it actually comes with chips, but this would be my last choice to get tacos. For a much better price and taste go with either cholita Linda, or honestly the tacos at Berkeley bowl are way better too.

Solid Mex food , fish taco is a specialty. Live music on Saturdays 6:30-7:30. Nice folks working there, good neighborhood choice.

Very good engineering service and very delicious food
Very disappointing. To find a mess in your burrito and 3 small pieces of meat for $16 is an insult.
