The Beli Deli took care of our catering for our Russian/ Jewish wedding. From the moment we went for a tasting in their commercial kitchen we were hooked on the quality and freshness of these foods. Luckily, my Russian speaking MIL was able to coordinate a lot of the details with this vendor. It would have been difficult to manage with the language barrier otherwise.
