This review is not about the food but the character of the people who work there. Who turns away a potty training 2.5 year old toddler who needs to use a bathroom? Treat your community with respect and dignity, if you are in the business of hospitality.
The choice was to either set her up on a potty outside their restaurant, or have the decency to ask to go in, out of respect for those eating there. We were given an eye roll, scolded for going in versus any other restaurant around them. I understand if it’s frustrating to have a lot of people ask to use a restroom - but tell me how many of those was a potty training 2.5 year old? In this poor judgement you have lost a customer that lives in the neighborhood and our social circle of friends and family.

This is the new location that was previously on San Pablo Ave. The prices went way up because of the location Temescal shopping area. Lots of foot traffic and major improvements of clients. Overall food is still good. The feels of the interior design has changed. It is no longer a dive looking spot. Much fancier looking and slight change to the menu. Best flavors of fusion food. Order out is popular. Try this place for good food with deep flavors.

Good concept, bland and disappointing execution. The West Coast burger was the only item we tried which achieved the “Asian-fusion” style, and was pretty solid. The Korean chicken burrito and tempura shrimp taco were completely without a hint of flavor. I can’t recall ever eating something as bland as the burrito was. The burrito was also missing all its advertised ingredients save for unseasoned rice and chicken. If you’re looking for good Mexican or Asian food there are far better options just down the block.
Really great place. A few outdoor seats. Good selection of food. Great beverages! Usual $$ prices.

This place was really solid. Excellent breakfast burrito. Great tots, grilled cheese is really nice. Good Asian/South West fusion overall. Something for everyone.
Staff is very efficient, potentially to a fault, if I were to criticize anything the host was a bit overbearing with her service but it's clear she cares very much and she was great.

Super chill place with courteous, attentive staff surrounded with clean, calming decor. Surf and turf bowl was SO yummy. I am coming back just for that. Drop your diet for the day, and get it on top of fries. Also, plenty of GF options.
