I came to this location since it was close to my house, I've been here before but never took notice to how small the portions are. I usually will visit the more mom and pop shops, when it comes to ice cream. I'm used the cone overflowing with ice cream for a reasonable price. So I was a bit disappointed with the amount paid per the serving received. It's as though the employees are getting paid to give the least amount of ice cream per scoop. I'll stick to Loard's, Tucker's, and Clancy's. I probably won't be returning.

I love Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, and this shop at Jack London Square is one of my favorite places to enjoy it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing stroll along the waterfront. The shop has a cozy and colorful atmosphere, with plenty of seating options along with Jack London square and a large menu board. They offer a variety of flavors, including some exclusive ones that you can’t find anywhere else. They also have non-dairy options for vegan customers, and sorbet for those who prefer something lighter. You can order your ice cream in cups, cones, sundaes, shakes, or smoothies, and customize it with toppings and sauces. They also have ice cream cakes for special occasions, and catering services for events. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of ice cream you get, and they often have promotions and discounts. I highly recommend trying their new flavors: Butterscotch’d, Chocolate PB Chunk, Churray for Churros!, Lights! Caramel! Action!, and Oatmeal Dream Pie. They are all delicious and unique, and you can find more information about them on their website. The usual tourist rip-off. Avoid such places unless you're on vacation. Buy your ice cream at a real store - The kind that has real working freezers. You can also check the products ingredients by looking at the carton. Instead of trusting somebody memory. Yes there are free small samples. The prices are for visitors. Not locals Not having a place to sit down is the kiss of death for your business as us old folks and Handicapped persons will avoid your business. Why pay for an overpriced experience that only makes you miserable? To the business owner; Bring your elderly mother to stand outside (and make her pay full price!)

So I love the ice cream but was underwhelmed by the Sunday I got in the store.
The icecream was old I got a stomach ache it was beyond expensive the cone were stale completely disgusting but I couldn't return them they told me too bad don't eat here I was on toilet for 4hours from old icecream

First time going to Ben and jerry's and I did not like it one bit. When I first entered there was a girl eating and serving customers. Which for one that is disgusting, and second she didn't even try to wash her hands. Whatever, I tried to ask questions on pricing and about the ice creams since I have poorly eyesight and if there's a chance i don't have to strain my eyes for some ice cream questions, I think I'd take that chance. Everytime I asked a question I was directed to the menus which again I have poor eyesight so I can't really read properly. People were behind me so i decided to approach a worker, (not the previous girl eating) he clearly was not in the mood to talk to me, the customer, because he just kept talking with his coworker. At that point i noticed the pricing on the ice creams and I decided to just leave. Honestly there's other ice creams out there with much better customer service and proper food handling. i just hope that girl washed her hands, still thinking about it makes my stomach turn.

Always agreed place to visit while you wait fir the ferry and don't want to.eat a huge meal... we stop by fir a shake or a scoop all the time when in the area. Its conveniently located across the parking garage and right by the terminal.

I loved my ice-cream but my husband wasn't that impressed. Mine was tasty and my flavours were good with a large helping. His come was stale and the flavours weren't that impressive. Good service.
