I've eaten here in person and generally is fine. The food is pretty good. I've ordered from them using Uber Eats 4-5 times, and the last few times my order was wrong. I was supposed to have pork and egg rolls but the last few times they've left off the rolls. Fine, annoying but NBD. Yesterday i ordered a mango shake and instead they sent avocado. i submitted the dispute through Uber, used their app to upload a photo, and submitted the issue through the app. I elected to receive a credit for the incorrect item and it was confirmed.
The restaurant likely disputed my claim because the credit was reversed. After chatting into Uber, their useless representatives refused to do anything becuase I couldn't produce another photo. I explained to them that because i already took a photo using the Uber app, it was not saved to my iphone camera roll. So after Uber confirmed they would issue a refund, they refused to honor it.
It's $6, NBD. the bigger issue is this restaurant messing up to-go orders consistently and Uber not rectifying the problem. I will not spend another dollar at this place.
Better alternatives very close by are Pho 84 and Tay Ho, which is literally next door. Go there, the food is superior and they don't make mistakes.

Was happy to find a pho spot at 3pm, but sorely disappointed. Had to walk 20m to the register to make every order or request, despite restaurant being empty, while front-of-house person (Connie) sat below the counter watching a TV show. When asked, finally, to speak to a manager (clearly, the responsible people were behind the scenes and in kitchen - I figured, parents or grandparents) Connie said, “I am the manager.” She then refused to further fulfill orders and declared the restaurant closed. Whether this is just post-Covid ennui, or a laundering operation, I would steer clear. In the 1.5 hrs I was there, I was the only customer.

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants! Great food, great service. Totally clean and good place to eat, not really a place for "atmosphere" but you wouldn't expect it to be. Get the combo rice plate with the pork hop and shrimp cake!

First time customer ordering take out and I was very impressed! I ordered the 39. vermicelli with chicken. It came with a huge bag of very fresh and crisp lettuce, mint, thai basil and sprouts along with another bag of pickled veggies and then several sheets of rice paper. The chicken was delicious and had a nice charr and the vermicelli was cooked perfectly. My son Had the Pho with brisket and beef ribs. He preferred the ribs over the brisket. I tried the broth and it is one of the best deep flavored rich and fatty broths that Ive tried. We both really enjoyed our meals and will be back to try more.

I tried their Pho Noodle Soup. Let me share my thoughts: Broth: The savory broth was clear and light, which I appreciated. It didn’t leave me feeling overly thirsty afterward—a definite plus!
Ribs: The tender ribs were a highlight. They added a rich flavor to the dish, complementing the other ingredients perfectly.

Perfect in every way. The vibes. The music the FOOOOOOD!!!!! I don’t say this lightly. I’ve had pho my whole life and I’ve lived in Oakland my whole life. For the last 26 years I’ve been to many Vietnamese restaurants in Oakland. Never have I seen one hit the mark in every way. The service was great very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was great I felt very comfortable. The FOOD!!! The Real Pho is PERFECT. No notes, they have perfected beef broth. This is my new exclusive restaurant for Pho. I also had there BBQ pork Banh Mi which was great
