Initially, I was excited to try this place. When we walked in it had cozy decor like any newish bar should. Dont come here looking for fruity cocktails. See the picture of their menu. Plus be ready for a dog friendly environment. So much so, that two other people walked in with 2 dogs and the dog had its paws on the counter. They serve food here so that was disappointing to see. We left and went another nearby bar that also offers non alcoholic options. Great idea but Id rather go somewhere else.

The neighborhood is on the edge of safe - I could not convince a friend to try it out last week, but was happy my husband was game this week. We ordered four drinks - two hot and two cold. The drinks were perfect and the service so friendly! The decor could use some work, but it looks like it doubles as a cafe in the daytime. Hopefully they come to some sort of agreement and get some plants and fibers in or something to make it cozy. They also need more seating, there is definitely space for it!

I love the idea of a dry bar, but pleasantly surprised that the drink I ordered was not only delicious, but also didn't taste sugary. Romantic environment, nice staff.

Love the concept! Bizzy's has both wellness and NA standard dranx that are made with zero proof alcohol. I had the old fashioned and my friends had a mulled wine and the Basque drink with soda and champagne. I tried all 3 and they were good, very reminiscent of boozey drinks with plenty of flavor. They have done a great job curating the menu and I disagree that the menu should be more expansive - there's atleast 15+ NA drinks, which is quite a feat for what is available on the market! As someone who is sober but still paints the town red from time to time, Bizzy's is a much needed and awesome addition to Oakland's bar scene. I will for sure be back!
