This is for an order that was to be delivered. Two minutes after I received a teXt that the order would be delivered in about five minutes, I received another teXt saying that the order had been cancelled. A few minutes after that I got another teXt saying that the food would be delivered soon. Soon after that I received ANOTHER teXt informing that the delivery had been cancelled and that I should contact the store. The store didn't pick up any of my calls

I don't know what that food was, but it was not boston market. It was instant mashed potatoes, and worse than Kraft mac and cheese. It's as if Boston market went to a restaurant supply bought things kinda similar for way cheaper and made them hoping people wouldn't notice. You are better off buying the Boston market frozen meals.. avoid

STAY AWAY!!! THEY STEAL YOUR $$$ & DO *NOTHING* TO FIX IT!! Staff is friendly and kind but ineffective and CLEARLY don't know about customer service!!Prices ADVERTISED on their computer/counter/splash guard menus are LOWER than "what's programed in the computer" at the register. When asked about the overcharged amount, we were given this explanation & told they "couldn't change it". Ok... THAT'S ILLEGAL!!!The LEAST they could have done was offer 2 extra sides &/or a dessert to compensate the ILLEGAL action & extra costs. But NOPE! THEY OFFERED *NOTHING!! NADA. ZIP. ZILCH. ZIPPO. Dunno if ALL locations are practicing this ILLEGAL action... but THIS ONE for SURE IS! So.... STAY AWAY! Or "buyer beware...!" You've been warned!!‍‍‍‍

BEWARE DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM BOSTON MARKET!!!! If I could I would give them a negative 133 stars. I ordered 133 Thanksgiving Premium Meals from them on 11/14/2023 to be delivered 11/17/23 @4pm for 133 seniors to have Thanksgiving dinner. I started calling at 10:30 am on 11/17/23 to confirm my delivery today all the corporate numbers were stating that they can not calls at this time. So I started calling local restaurants and no answer there either just ring until busy. So I decided to get in the car and drive to the store in Fremont the closest store to my location, to find a sticker on the door stating it is condemned. Finally was able to get through to the corporate office after trying for 4 hours to be told the restaurant just canceled our order because not enough inventory to do the order. I placed the order on 11/14 for Delivery 11/17 they had 3 days to order and prepare for this order and failed to do so. They also told me that the consent department will call me after 11/23/23 to discuss a refund. They would not give me a number to call and follow up. so noW I have 133 Seniors that do not have a Thanksgiving Dinner tonight that THEY WERE COUNTING ON. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS SO UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow where do I start. I ordered Boston Market Thanksgiving Catering for and event of 50 people and paid well over $1k. Once 30min passed the expected delivery time I called the catering service, no answer for 30 minutes. I then called the direct line to Aaron who processed my order, and he told me he only places the ordered and I need to contact the actual store. He gave me the number to the Fremont location, but my invoice had the Oakland store number on it. I called both several times and no answer. Anyways, the catered Thanksgiving meal for my event never came and I did not receive a call back from the company. Don't waste your time or money. There are better options out there. ​Very unprofessional.

This place is slowly going down. The staff is nice but the food quality and prep has become sub par and now they only accept CASH! Management have this janky sign on the register saying In order for the employees to be paid on time they on accept cash. WTH??? I've gotten veggies from here that's been frozen at the center and the last time I went last Friday my mac n cheese was basically missing the cheese. Why would the employees even serve that knowing it's lacking? Well doing things like that got them this review!

Very disappointed. Ordered a meal from this Boston Market via Door Dash. A chicken noodle soup was a part of my meal. They crossed it off the receipt and simply wrote "sorry, no soup". An alternative side was not offered nor any compensation. I paid for the soup, as it was a side of my meal and I simply get a "sorry, no soup". Tf? Didnt even throw any extras in the bag. Never, ever again. SMH. Terrible customer service.

This location is not where you want to eat. Not clean, paper signs as the menu with hand written prices. Food options have severely been impacted to where they no longer offer corn bread! They give thanksgiving rolls that came out of the multi pack which are cold and dry! No more spinach dip as a side dish. Mac and Cheese taste like it's Kraft out of a box. Chicken very dry and no longer roasted. Taste like it was oven baked one side up!What's ever crazier is they still charge the premium price for items that are subpar!I'll never be back!

Baby back RRRRRRRIBS mushed sweat potatoes and cobless corn. I think its totally worth the $22 for gangster breakfast once a week

Fantastic, flavorful rotisserie chicken. Definitely more flavorful than Costco. Was $13.Creamed spinach and stuffing were not bad.

I drove all the way from Fairfield to this location to get some garlic and herb chicken only to get to the door to read a sign that says “sorry we’re out of chicken“ Like how does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? Poor inventory management? Very disappointing & waste of a 2 hour drive!

Bought 3 person family meal and turkey came out ice cold, unedible. Will not go back. This place is in decline from what it used to be.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and it can be a hit or mis. Just like some of the other comments of them handling dirty cash at the register and then making food orders with no gloves. This location definitely has to improve on that. I went to this location today and I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the family Turkey meal for three. I had to wait about 5 minutes for the turkey which was not a problem. My issues was once I got home about 7 minutes later the side of broccoli was ice cold in center of the florets. The Turkey was tough and on top of all that they didn’t even give me my 3 pieces of cornbread that was supposed to come with my meal that I paid 38 dollars for. When you come to this location make sure your food is fresh and hot and it’s all there BEFORE you leave.
