Service is very slow here and is also kind of uncomfortable with the homeless and drug addicts coming to your windows asking for money.. I wish they could all get the help they need.

I went there and order the combo number 2 and #4 , chicken nuggetsamd other things,and when i got home i was missing the hamburger from combo 2 , annoying because i live far so i had to give my bacon hamburger to the person missing. Please burger king staff make sure you double check orders before you give them out.

I had to go back 3days in a row because my order was wrong. Cheese was the problem I can take off tomatoes and pickles but you cant take off Cheese. I will go back everytime..

The customer service was horrible now one in there understands English at all the lady at the counter just kept on saying a meal this Burger King should be close or hire some that speaks fluent English I was going back and forth for 20 minutes that not right also she was on her iPhone watch talking to some one very unprofessional and to top it off I asked for no lettuce on my burger and got lettuce on my burger get rid off the ppl this bring y’all down

One of the saddest Burger Kings I've been to; yes, the environment has a lot to do with it, but even the cashier/register person could use some "upgrading." I mean no disrespect, but how can you place a lady that has a very hard time understanding English as the register person. I had no problem ordering, but the same cannot be said about the customers before/after me.

The customer service is terrible. There is always a homeless person by the drive thru window. And if you don't check your order before you leave you might be pissed off because either your order is wrong or they forgot something. The inside constantly smells of urine and the staff is so busy talking to each other or on there phone you might be waiting for a while.
