One of the saddest Burger Kings I've been to; yes, the environment has a lot to do with it, but even the cashier/register person could use some "upgrading." I mean no disrespect, but how can you place a lady that has a very hard time understanding English as the register person. I had no problem ordering, but the same cannot be said about the customers before/after me.

The customer service is terrible. There is always a homeless person by the drive thru window. And if you don't check your order before you leave you might be pissed off because either your order is wrong or they forgot something. The inside constantly smells of urine and the staff is so busy talking to each other or on there phone you might be waiting for a while.

The food is your average Burger King food. The service was good, although the drive-through person forgot an item from our order. We had to re-order. Also, the drive-through tends to be very busy at this establishment.
Order a LG strawberry sprite. They gave me a medium spicy soda. Ordered a whopper No mayo No cheese. I kindly made sure 3 times she heard me. They gave me a whopper with extra mayo and cheese. I made sure I spoke clearly and calm.
These people are just loosers.

They are so lazy. The only Burger King I ever heard of where you have to wait until 11 to get a Whopper. Burger King Breakfast is not great so this is ridiculous this ONE LOCATION does this.
