There is guy work in drive thru white or mexican I don’t know but he is very rude.I went there for order pickup and when i want to another order he disconnected. When i want to order at window he told me you should have given on mic but when i want to explain about he discoonected . He speak verg rudely with me. But everyone else was very polite. I went there so many times but this never happened with me before and this is first time i met with guy.

I always ask for freshly cooked food and they do it, with no problems. Every now and then there's a homeless person hanging at the drive thru window.

This location is close by where I stay. The only reason I eat here is because of participation in the EBT Restaurant program for homeless individuals. I normally would not eat at Burger King overall.

Went through drive thru and went to get breakfast my elderly father started ordering while I was in the backseat and my mother in the front with him. He only speaks Spanish and a bit of English but mostly Spanish so out of habit he started ordering in Spanish and as he was ordering the man on the intercom spoke Spanish but I guess he wasn't understanding so he put someone else on the intercom and it was a woman and she started answering with a lot of attitude while my dad was ordering and when she gave the total it was really low so my dad asked if she can repeat the order and then she said oh god With a lot of attitude and In a way of trying to say like leave me alone and she said I have what you ordered once again with a lot of attitude but she ended up repeating the order and just as my dad had guessed she had forgot to put something so she added what was missing and then we got to the window and it was the man who couldn't understand my dad in the beginning and we got our food my dad paid and my mom checked to see if we got the right food and after that my mom asked the man for the employees name that was being rude and he started saying I can't give you her name and as my mom kept asking he was laughing and I could see the woman in the back hiding knowing she messed up. I don't understand why you work in fast food if you are going to treat people so rude especially old people knowing they won't be able to defend themselves but luckily I was there and I didn't let my dad be discriminated and be treated badly. If I could put zero stars I would my dad goes there regularly I could only imagine how they treat him when he's alone. Will never be going back I hope they fire her.

I'm not sure what is happening there, but they are completely disorganized. Food was OK, but service is seriously lacking.
Noone speaks English. Very very rude also. What happened to the color.? How is it no Blacks, White's or Asians.? Before it was at least clean now it's filthy.

Nice, clean and big restaurant but in what appears to be a very rough neighborhood. A lot of homeless people in front of the store. Some appear to live in the parking lot connected to the Burger King. Friendly staff. They don’t have self serve kiosks so ordered through app. Food was a long time underway. They excused being out of sugar for the coffee but no excuse was necessary as I don’t use sugar in my coffee. Food tasted ok.
